On behalf of myself and the Student, I release Huaxia Chinese School at Bergen (HXBG), its employees, and its volunteers from all claims that may arise out of taking or failing to take measures to provide the Student with emergency medical care. I understand physical hazards may be encountered and I am liable for any expenses incurred for injuries connected with participation in classes or sports which are not covered by any insurance policy which is in force at the time of injury. I give permission for first aid to be rendered in case of an accident to the Student and also for immediate hospitalization is necessary for emergency treatment at the nearest facility.
