第一周 / Week 1：第一周提出退学申请，可全额退还学年学费，包括秋季学费和春季学费。
During Week 1, the full academic-year tuition, including both Fall and Spring tuition, is refundable.
第二周 / Week 2：第二周提出退学申请，可退还秋季学费的 80% 及春季学费的 100%。
During Week 2, 80% of the Fall tuition and 100% of the Spring tuition are refundable.
第三周起至春季学期开始前 / Week 3 through the start of the Spring Term：第三周起至春季学期开始前，如学生申请取消全年注册，退费金额按照以下方式计算：
应退金额 = 实际已支付总金额 - 秋季学期单独注册的学费
（该计算方式意味着，在春季学期开始前取消全年注册的学生，其实际应支付的费用为秋季学期单独注册的学费，超出部分予以退还。）
From Week 3 of the Fall Term through the start of the Spring Term, if a student withdraws from the full-year program, the refund amount will be calculated as follows:
Refund Amount = Total Amount Paid - Full Fall-Only Tuition
(Under this calculation, a student who withdraws from the full-year program before the Spring Term begins will be charged only the full Fall-Only Tuition, and any amount paid above that amount will be refunded.)
春季学期开始后 / After the Spring Term Begins：春季学期开始后提出退学申请，春季学费不予退还。
Once the Spring Term begins, Spring tuition is non-refundable.
3. 教材费 / Textbook Fee
塑封教材 / Sealed Textbooks：未开封的塑封教材可全额退还；已开封的塑封教材不予退还。
Sealed textbooks that have not been opened are fully refundable. Once opened, sealed textbooks are non-refundable.
非塑封教材 / Unsealed Textbooks：如教材无折损、无书写或其他使用痕迹，可办理退费；如有折损、书写或其他使用痕迹，不予退还。
Unsealed textbooks may be refunded if they are undamaged and free of writing or other signs of use. Damaged textbooks or textbooks with writing or other signs of use are non-refundable.
4. 退费申请 / Refund Request
所有退学及退费申请须以书面形式提交学校。适用的退费政策以学校收到书面退学及退费申请之日为准。
All withdrawal and refund requests must be submitted to the school in writing. The refund policy in effect on the date the school receives the written withdrawal and refund request will apply.
