2. 学费 / Tuition Fee
第一周可全额退还学年学费（秋季 + 春季）。
During the first week, the full tuition for the entire academic year (Fall + Spring) is refundable.
第二周可退还秋季学费的 80% 和春季学费的全额。
During the second week, 80% of the Fall tuition and 100% of the Spring tuition are refundable.
第三周及以后学费不退。
No tuition refund after the third week.
已注册，但春季学期未开始之前可全额退春季学费。
For students already registered, the full tuition for the Spring semester is refundable if the Spring semester has not yet started.
3. 教材费 / Textbook Fee
塑封教材未开封可全额退，已开封不退。
Sealed textbooks that have not been opened are fully refundable; opened sealed textbooks are non-refundable.
非塑封教材如无折损、无书写痕迹，可退；有折损或书写痕迹，不退。
Unsealed textbooks may be refunded if undamaged and free of writing; damaged or written textbooks are non-refundable.
