The online registration URL is https://www.hxbg.org/onlineregistration, or from school website click on Registration tab.
Every family must have a family account. After creating an account, you can login to your account to register classes for your family members.
If your family members have never registered classes online, you must create a family account first. Click "Sign Up" button. To register, your phone number must exist in our system. If not, you need to see school admin or send email to hxbg09@yahoo.com to add your phone number to our system. Once your phone number is registered with us, you can fill out "Sign Up" form for creating the account and submit it to the system. The system will send user name (your email address) and temporary password to your registered e-mail from webmaster@hxbg.org, email subject is "Registration Information". You can modify your password after you login with the temporary password.
If your phone number was changed recently, you still can use your old phone number to register. You can update your phone number after login.
The registration email may take some time to reach you. If you are using yahoo, hotmail, google or other public email service, you may find the registration email in Spam or Trash folder, you should check those folders carefully if you still can't get our email in a while. If so, open the email and mark it Non Spam, this way you will get school email normally in your inbox.
If your family members have registered classes online before, you don't need to create a new account. If you have problems to login, you can follow the directions on online registration login page to reset your password, if you still need help, please contact webmaster@hxbg.org.
Before you register classes for your family members, you must enter student information to your family account. You can update the student information in the account. Please make sure the student information is accurate.
At the start of each school year, you can register classes for one year for your family members. The school will do its best to meet your needs. However, due to the size limits of classes, your class choices may be adjusted by the school.
You are no longer allowed to modify registered classes once you submit, although you still can add classes or family members. If you need adjustments, please see school admin in school or email to hxbg09@yahoo.com.
Now you can pay online by Paypal! Just login to your account and click on "Pay Tuition & Print Summary" from home page, then click "Pay Now". You don't need to have a Paypal account, all major credit cards are accepted.
Even if it is not recommeneded, you can also print out Registration Summary and pay in check. You must make the payment in a timely fashion in order for the registration to be effective.
When writing your check to school, please write your Registration Number and home telephone number on the check.
If you go to school to make the payment for the registration, please bring the Registration Summary sheet and your payment.

After we receive your payment, we will update the status online and you will be able to login to check the payment status.
You can check your admission status online on around August 20 for the fall semester. The school will send an e-mail notifying the availability of admission status. There will be no paper admission notice mailed to you.
