Board Special Notice

周翔董事由于工作调动迁离新泽西州, 他向董事长提交辞呈于5/3/2020离任。董事会对周翔董事两年来为学校所做的工作给予高度的评价, 并感谢他的无私奉献。
根据学校bylaws的相关规定, 董事长提出动议, 董事会于3/8举行特别会议, 选举出徐智辉先生接替周翔先生的董事职位, 从5/3/2020开始行使董事职责, 为期一年。
徐智辉先生从2000年开始加入华夏博根分校的大家庭, 多年来在校委会及董事会工作过, 运用他的专业知识为我们学校建立健全的财务管理系统做了大量的工作。当选后，徐智辉表示将与董事会其他董事成员一起合作更好地服务华夏博根中文学校。

HXBG Board of Directors Special Notice:

Mr. Sean Xiang Zhou, a current school board member, who relocated out of New Jersey due to a job transfer, submitted his resignation to the Board of Directors effective on 5/3/2020. The Board of Directors appreciates Mr. Sean Xiang Zhou's work for the school over the past two years and thanks him for his dedication and contribution.

According to the school bylaws, the President of Board of Directors proposed a replacement election and the Board of Directors held a special meeting on March 8 and elected Mr. Jeffery Xu to succeed Mr. Sean Xiang Zhou as a Board Director for a one-year term from May 3, 2020 to the date when the position is filled by a new Board Director by scheduled election.
Mr. Jeffrey Xu has joined the family of Huaxia Bergen Chinese School since 2000. He has worked in the school administrative team and the Board of Directors for many years. Utilizing his professional knowledge, Mr. Jeffery Xu had done a lot of work to establish a sound financial management system for our school. After his election, Mr. Jeffrey Xu expressed his willingness to work with other board members for the success of Huaxia Bergen Chinese School.
