School Notice (4/11/2010 School Open)

Dear Parents,

1. The school will be open this Sunday (April 11th, 2010) at regular time 9:30AM. This Sunday is open class, you are welcome to sit in your kid's classes. Also please notice the school calendar was just updated, on 6/20 (Sunday) the school will be open and the last day for this school year.

2. The 2010 HX Track & Field Games (HXTF2010) will be held on 5/15/2010 as planned. The registration deadline is April 19th. Please prepare for $2 registration fee each person and the school will refund the money if you attend the event. Also please hand in the registration form to the school administration (Guo Bing, Wang Hong or Hang Jing) in the cafeteria.

3. According to school by-law, 1/3 of school board members will be replaced each year. This year three board members will proudly retire, we need three candidates, please send your recommendations to Ren zhiyuan (ronaldren@yahoo.com), Luo Xudong (amersonny@yahoo.com) and Hiro Gao (hirogao21@yahoo.com), parent meeting is scheduled on 4/25 for board election.
