School Notice (4/24/2011 School Open)

Dear Parents,

The school will be open this Sunday (April 24th) at 9:30 AM.

1. Online Registration for the next school year (2011-2012) is ready, please go to our school's registration site (http://www.hxbg.org/onlineregistration">http://www.hxbg.org/onlineregistration) and follow the directions to begin registration. You can pay in the school or mail the check to Huaxia Chinese School at Bergen, P.O. Box 9180, Paramus, NJ 07653. Please make sure to print out the registration form and sign it before paying. Please pay before June 12, 2011 to have the registration fee waived.

2. According to school by-law, 1/3 of school board members will be replaced each year. This year three board members will proudly retire and we need three candidates. Please send your recommendations to Zheng Hong , Wang Qiang , or Wang Hong , parent meeting will be held on 5/15 for board election.
