School Notice (School Open on 6/17/2012)

Dear Parents,

1. The school will be open at 9:30 AM this Sunday on June 17th, the last day of school year and graduation ceremony.

2. The detailed plan this Sunday, all students and teachers should come to school on time at 9:30AM, including teachers and students for all four sessions.

9:30AM to 10:00AM, regular class, comment on test result, give awards...

10:00AM to 10:15AM, each class comes to the auditorium in order, seat at arranged section. Teachers and parents, please pay attention to student's safety

10:15AM to 12:30AM, graduation ceremony

3. Online registration for new 2012-2013 school year started, to register please go to school website or http://www.hxbg.org/onlineregistration and follow the directions to begin registration. You can pay in the school or mail the check to Huaxia Chinese School at Bergen, P.O. Box 9180, Paramus, NJ 07653. Please make sure to print out the registration form and sign it before paying.

$20 registration fee for registration received before 7/8/2012;
$50 registration fee for registration received after 7/8/2012;
Registration time is defined as the time when all fees are received or all fees are mailed. No refund for registration fee.
Age Restriction: the student needs to be four and half years old by 9/11/2012
