Huaxia Bergen Chinese School Notice (School open on 05/13/2018)

Dear Parents,

1. The school will be open this Sunday (05/13/2018).

2. This Sunday will be our last day of school for the current school year. The Graduation Ceremony will be held about10:00 am in the auditorium. All students will go to their assigned classroom first (9:30am – 9:50 am) and then go to the auditorium at 9:50am as a class with their teachers. Students will follow the instruction and sit on the reserved seats. All parents please sit behind the reserved seats and follow instructions from the school administration staff.

3. Online registration for the 2018-2019 school year will start this Sunday. Please go to the school website http://hxbg.org/onlineregistration/ to register and follow the guideline.

Please note, $20 registration fee for registration received before 7/09/2018, $50 registration fee for registration received after 7/09/2018.
