Introduction to Gauss Math and Registration (07/02/2018)

Dear Parents,

大家好! 友情提示：华夏博根中文学校2018-2019学年度报名费优惠期将于7/9/18截止，此日期前及当日报名，每位学生收$20报名费，7/10/18开始每位学生收$50报名费。注册费收费以收到学费的时间为准，如果只在网上选课而没有完成付费程序，过了7/9/18，系统会自动将报名费调整到$50。请大家尽快完成报名及付费程序。谢谢!

另外，Gauss Academy of Mathematical Education 将于新学年在我校开设Gauss Math Curriculum, 具体开设课程的介绍见下，这些课程已加入我校报名系统，️ 请感兴趣的家长通过中文学校网站注册。注意事项：

1. Gauss math课的授课老师及教学质量由Gauss Academy of Mathematical Education负责。
2. 第一二周允许退课，退款为课程学费减去课时费$45x上课次数，第三周起不允许退费。

Gauss Math Curriculum具体课程介绍：

(1) Gauss Math AMC 10 竞赛准备班
Intensive, topic by topic training will be provided to the students for preparing AMC 10 test. It is recommended to the students who finish Algebra 1 at least and have a good amount knowledge on algebra 2 and geometry, generally speaking 8th grader and above.

(2) Gauss Math AMC 8 竞赛准备班
Prerequisites for taking this class is finishing prealgebra. Topic by topic training will provided to the students for preparing AMC 8 test. Enhanced Algebra 1 will also be covered in the later sessions of this class.

(3) Gauss Math 2 (grade 5 to 6)

cover basic and advanced topics of Pre algebra and help the students to enter Algebra 1 honor class.

(4) Gauss Math 1 (grade 3 to 4)

适合于三四年级的学生，熟练掌握必要的数学计算能力的基础上，增强对数学知识的灵活运用, 为建立良好的逻辑思维能力和进入honor class 打下坚实的基础

(5) Gauss SAT math subject 2
10 weeks intensive training for high school students who are going to the subject test.

(6) Gauss SAT General Math
10 weeks intensive training on math part for high school students who are going to take the general SAT test.
