3.开学两周之内须确定最终选课并付齐学费。从第三周起，退课不再退款，如有特殊情况没有注册课程但需要听课的，请联系校委会取得批准后才可进行，否则校方会处以罚款。
It is required that you finalize all course enrollments and pay the tuition within two weeks after school starts. Starting from the 3rd week, no refund will be issued for dropped courses. At the same time, if one sits in a class without enrollment / payment, he or she may be fined unless the person gets the permission from the school administrator in advance. 5．新学年伊始，学年各项活动筹划准备中，我们需要更多的义工家长，班爸班妈一起协助协调，为学校献计献策。义工家长，班妈班爸是老师、学校管理团队和家长之间的桥梁。我们非常感激所有担任这个重要工作的义工家长，我们希望听到您的声音。职责包括：
• 协助学校，老师和家长之间的沟通
• 协助老师准备班级或学校的各项活动
• 根据老师的要求， 协助老师教学工作

6.秋高气爽，丹桂飘香 —— “2018 华夏-AIG 田径运动会” 10月举行
比赛分为儿童组、少年组和成年组，设14个常规竞赛项目，比如跳高、跳远、铅球、接力赛等等。拔河比赛也是其中的重头戏，体现了各分校参赛队精诚合作，奋勇力争的团队精神。此外，今年还新增有趣味项目，如“赶猪跑”及“三腿四足”。为鼓励健儿士气，活跃现场气氛，开幕式将开放露天节目表演，如舞蹈、秧歌、腰鼓等团体热舞，欢迎家长孩子到场围观，为健儿们呐喊助威！
时间：8:00AM-5:00 PM, Sunday, Oct 14th, 2018.
地点：West Windsor-Plainsboro High School North, 90 Grovers Mill Road, Painsboro, NJ 08536。
