Huaxia Bergen Chinese School Notice (School open on 3/1/2020)

Dear Parents,

The school will be open this Sunday (3/1/2020)

1.根据董事会的决定，华夏中文学校博根分校3月1号到校上课。这一决定基于以下三个条件：

1).新州到目前为止尚没有一例确诊的新行冠状病毒 的病例；

2).博根郡的公立学校没有停课；

3).PCHS正常开门

Per the decision of the board, Huaxia Chinese School (Bergen) will be open on March 1. This decision is made based on the followings:
1) There is no confirmed case of corona virus infection in NJ;
2). All public schools in Bergen County are open;
3). PCHS is open as usual.

2.为了您和家人的健康，请近3周从国内返美 、有家人从国内回来或有密切接触的同学和家长请自觉自我隔离2周，填写华夏博根中文学校人员返美调查表格，请您如实填写，如有故意隐瞒造成严重后果的情况，学校有权拒绝您和家人入学并追究相关责任。表格详见：

For the health of you and your family, parents, teachers and students who returned to United States for the past 3 weeks, whose family members returned or who had close contact with those people, please voluntarily isolate yourself for 2 weeks. Also please complete the return survey form and fill it out truthfully. If there is any intention to conceal a situation that causes serious consequences, the school has the right to refuse you and your family to attend school and hold them accountable. 3.如果有感冒、发烧、打喷嚏等症状，即使没有回国或接触高危人群的学生或家长，也请自觉请假待在家里，等症状解除后再来上课。

If you have a cold, fever, sneezing or other symptoms, even students or parents who have not returned from China or contacted with high-risk groups, please take a leave of absence consciously and come to school after the symptoms have resolved.

4.学校紧急购买大量hand sanitizer 发放给老师，放在教室、过道和cafeteria，提醒过往人员随时消毒。

5. 针对目前尚无疫苗的新型冠状肺炎（2019-nCoV）， 最好的防护措施就是减少病毒的传播扩散。预防要从一下三点入手：
第一， 隔离传染源。
1).避免接触发热或咳嗽人群。
2).避免公众集会。
3).如您或家人有任何发热等不适症状， 请尽早就医，自觉留在家中， 不要来校上课。
第二， 保护易感人群，避免与隐性传染源接触。
1).家长和学生随身携带hand sanitizer；
2).进入教室前，学生使用hand sanitizer， 随时保持双手清洁；
3).避免握手等近距离接触；
4).在教室中就坐以及交谈需保持一定的安全距离。
5).在咳嗽或喷嚏时， 弯曲手肘或用纸巾掩住口鼻。
6).用过的纸巾就近丢弃在垃圾桶。
第三， 切断传播途径，注意环境的消毒清洁，增加机体抵抗力。
1).室内定期开窗通风,保持空气流通；
2).补充营养和能量，加强户外锻炼活动,提高抗病能力；
3).以正确的洗手方式， 勤洗手；
• 使用洗手液和流水清洗可见的双手污垢
• 使用含酒精的洗手液或肥皂清洗不可见的污垢
4).为防止生病， 请在下面情况发生后马上洗手：
• 咳嗽或喷嚏后
• 照顾病患后
• 准备食物的前后
• 使用厕所后
• 可见手上污垢时
• 接触动物或者处理动物粪便后
