Huaxia Bergen Chinese School Notice (Online Class Open on 9/27)
Dear Parents,
1. 根据学校2020-2021校历，本周日（9/27/20）下午1点钟或者1点半是中文课的家长会时间，2020-2021学年秋季Parent & Teacher Conference，欢迎家长根据本班老师通知的具体时间和Zoom link，带着您的问题准时参加家长会。
2. 2019-2020部分文体课退款事宜：请已经领到退款支票的家长，因支票已开出来很久，请务必在1-2周内兑现支票，以免过期作废。如有还未领取退费支票的家长，请尽快与学校财务主管杜红梅邮件联系：plumdhm@yahoo.com。请注意：本月底9/30后学校将不再受理有关退费支票的领取事宜, 谢谢各位的支持和配合！
3. 董事会成员正在换届选举中，家长们应已收到学校邮件，希望您提供相关信息，积极参与投票，非常感谢在困难时期仍然愿意利用自己休息时间为学校做义工的三位候选人！

Dear Parents,
1. According to the school's 2020-2021 school calendar, this Sunday (9/27/20) 1:00 pm or 1:30 pm is the parent meeting time for Chinese classes, fall Parent & Teacher Conference of the 2020-2021 school year, parents are welcome to follow this specific time and Zoom link notified by the class teacher, take your questions to the parent meeting on time.
2. Refunds for some cultural and sports classes in 2019-2020: Parents who have received the refund check, since the check has been issued for a long time, please be sure to cash the check within 1-2 weeks to avoid expiration. If there are parents who have not received the refund check, please contact the school finance director Du Hongmei as soon as possible: plumdhm@yahoo.com. Please note: After 9/30 at the end of this month, the school will no longer accept the distribution of refund checks. Thank you for your support and cooperation!
3. The board members are in the general election. Parents should have received the school email. Hope you can provide relevant information and actively participate in voting.
