根据＂Huaxia Chinese School at Bergen (HXBG) 2020 Board of Director Election Guidelines＂，我们的换届选举工作已进行到了投票阶段。现将选票通过电子邮件发给大家，希望大家本着主人翁的精神，支持学校的工作，根据投票须知积极参与。投票截止日期：2020年10月3日6:00 pm。董事候选人简历附后。

投票规则：
1.凡2020-2021学年未满18周岁的注册学生，家长用于中文学校课程注册的电子信箱为有效投票 电子邮箱，此电子邮箱可用于投票一次，按选票上要求填写并确认提交后为一张有效票。同一电子信箱重复投票，所提交的第二张及以上的选票均为无效票。
2. 凡董事会于2020年9月27日前收集到的2020-2021学年，未满18周岁注册学生家庭的第二个电子信箱也为有效信箱，将会收到选票，此电子信箱可用于投票一次，按选票上要求填写并确认提交后为一张有效票。同一电子信箱重复投票，所提交的第二张及以上的选票均为无效票。
3.凡2020-2021学年年满18周岁以上的注册学生，用于中文学校课程注册的电子信箱为有效投票电子信箱，此电子信箱可用于投票一次，按选票上要求填写并确认提交后为一张有效票。同一电子信箱重复投票，所提交的第二张及以上的选票均为无效票。
4.凡2020-2021学年年满18周岁以上的注册学生，同一家庭中也有未满18周岁的注册学生，投票规则参见第1条。
5.凡2020-2021学年在学校的任课老师、董事会、校委会成员，同一家庭中没有本学年的注册学生，学校将会发放选票至每位人员提供给学校的电子信箱，此电子信箱为有效电子信箱，可用于投票一次，请按选票要求填写并确认提交后为一张有效票。同一电子信箱重复投票，所提交的第二张及以上的选票均为无效票。
4.凡2020-2021学年在学校的任课老师、董事会、校委会成员，同一家庭中有本学年未满18周岁的注册学生，投票规则参见第1条。

Hello,everyone!
According to "Huaxia Chinese School at Bergen (HXBG) 2020 Board of Director Election Guidelines", our general election work has reached the voting stage. The ballots are now sent to everyone by email. I hope everyone will support the work of the school in the spirit of ownership and actively participate in accordance with the voting instructions. The end of the voting period is at 6:00 pm October 3rd, 2020. The resumes of the candidates are attached.

Voting rules:
1. For all registered students under the age of 18 in the 2020-2021 school year, the email used to register for Chinese school courses is a valid voting email. This email address can be used for one vote. Please fill in and confirm the submission as required on the ballot. A ballot submitted more than once from the same email is invalid.
2. Families with registered students under the age of 18 were required to submit a second email to the Board of Directors by September 27th, 2020. If this was completed, this email can be used to vote once. Fill in the ballot as required and confirm that it is a valid ballot after submission. A ballot submitted more than once from the same email is invalid.
3. For all registered students who are over 18 years old in the 2020-2021 school year, the email used for registration of Chinese school courses is a valid voting email. This email address can be used for one vote. Fill in and confirm the submission as required on the ballot. A ballot submitted more than once from the same email is invalid.
4. For all registered students who are over 18 years old in the 2020-2021 school year with registered students under 18 in the same family, please refer to Article 1 for voting rules.
5. For the teachers, Board of Directors, and school committee members of the school in the 2020-2021 school year with no registered students in this school year in the same family, the school will issue ballots to the email provided by each person to the school. This email is a valid email and can be used for one vote. Please fill in and confirm that it is a valid ballot after submission. A ballot submitted more than once from the same email is invalid.
4. For the teachers, Board of Directors, and school committee members of the school in the 2020-2021 school year with registered students under the age of 18 in the same family in the school year, please refer to Article 1 for voting rules.
