Dear HXBG family,
According to "HXBG2021 Board Director Election Guidelines", March 27th at 11:59 PM is the nomination deadline for board director candidates. We received two nominations: Tiana Hou (nominated by Zhihong Wang) and Mona H Wang (nominated by Yifan Liu).
It is planned that the interview and meeting with the general membership will be held at 2PM EDT on April 4 on zoom
The agenda is as follows:
1. The nominators will introduce the nominees.
2. Nominees will present themselves
3. Questions will be raised by Board members (that could be for a particular nominee or for all nominees) and the nominees will give answers based on their best understanding and knowledge.
