1. 温馨提示：根据学校2020-2021校历，本周日（4/18/2021）我们华夏博根中文学校正常上网课。

2. 中文学校2021年的董事换届选举工作已进行到投票阶段，因为疫情原因只能通过Google form的形式投票。我们已于4月14日将选票通过Email发至您的信箱，请大家注意查收。希望在这个特殊时期我们每一个人更加关注中文学校，积极参与学校的选举工作，行使您的权利－－投票！！！

3. 快讯-华夏总校教师培训部～2021年4月14日，华夏中文学校总校培训班，继续举办了“华夏师塾”示范课堂讲座第七讲，是由我们博根分校副校长马璐老师分享的讲座！讲座题目：调动高年级学生学习中文积极性的教学实践！马老师精彩的讲座非常具有指导意义！讲座结束后，我们博根分校的老师们讨论热烈，老师们说“马老师的续写和学生参与动手做教案是很好的范例受益了！”“ 马老师让孩子们当小老师，释义和讲解生字，非常锻炼孩子赞”马老师把中国的古诗词历史故事巧妙自然的融进了课文中，提高了学生们对学习中文的兴趣和主动性，也全面的学习了中文和增加了知识！！！我们博根的老师棒棒的！非常感谢马璐老师的辛苦备讲！！！

4. 华夏总校将于2021年6月5日举办第二届“华夏杯”网上中华知识竞赛，主旨在于激发学生对于中文的兴趣，增强学生与祖籍国的感情联系，通过竞赛加深了解中华文化知识。本次竞赛分4-6和7-9年级两个组别，年级报名根据学生目前在中文学校的年级. 竞赛组织规则和竞赛复习题目，请向学生中文课老师领取。请学生和家长点击下面链接报名，我校报名截止日期是5月20日12pm。

博根分校参加本次总校比赛4-6年级和7-9年级两个组别各有6个名额. 如果报名人数过多，我们将在5月22日上午10-11点（4-6年级）和11:30-12:30点（7-9年级）举行校内竞赛，具体细节随后通知。

3. News-Huaxia Headquarters Teacher Training Department～April 14, 2021, the Headquarters Training Class of Huaxia Chinese School will continue to hold the seventh lecture of the "Huaxia Teachers College" demonstration classroom lecture, which was hosted by the vice principal of our Bergen campus. Lecture shared by Teacher Lu! Lecture topic: Teaching practice to mobilize the enthusiasm of senior students in learning Chinese! Teacher Ma’s wonderful lecture is very instructive! After the lecture, the teachers of our Bergen campus had a lively discussion. The teachers said, "Teacher Ma’s continuation and students’ participation in the hands-on teaching plan are good examples and benefited!" "Teacher Ma let the children be primary teachers, interpretation and Explaining new characters is a great exercise for children to praise." Teacher Ma has integrated ancient Chinese poetry and historical stories into the text ingeniously and naturally, which has improved students' interest and initiative in learning Chinese, and also comprehensively learned Chinese and increased their knowledge! ! ! 4. Huaxia Headquarters will hold the second "Huaxia Cup" Online Chinese Knowledge Contest on June 5, 2021. The main purpose of the contest is to stimulate students' interest in Chinese, strengthen the emotional connection between students and their home country, and deepen their understanding of Chinese culture through the contest. The competition is divided into two groups, 4-6 and 7-9. The grade registration is based on the students' current grade in the Chinese school. The competition organization rules and competition review questions, please get them from the student Chinese teacher. Please click on the link below to register for students and parents. Bergen will participate in the main school competition for 4-6 grades and 7-9 grades. There are 6 places each. If there are too many applicants, we will hold our own school competition at 10-11 am (4-6 Grades) and 11:30-12:30 (grades 7-9) on May 22, the specific details will be announced later.
