1. 温馨提示： 根据学校2020-2021校历，本周日（5/23/2021）我们华夏博根中文学校各班组织观看学校的网上毕业典礼活动视频！之后各班自行组织期末活动！

2020-2021注定是个不寻常的一年，在这个特殊的毕业季，我们情意不减，规格不减，仪式感不减，我们将举行简单而朴素的“云毕业”典礼。这个典礼让我们永远记住2020年所发生一切，并且经此一“疫”，我们学会了在突如其来的逆境面前，如何积极面对、共克时艰。

2. 华夏博根中文学校2021暑期班招生已经于5/17开始，正在如火如荼进行中，由于每门课人数不能超过15人，欢迎有兴趣的家长和学生尽快报名。

3. 5月16日，董事会成员选举了王志红女士为董事会董事长，张晓平博士为董事会秘书，张为民博士为董事会财务主管。任期从2021年7月1日至2022年6月30日。
现任董事会 刘一帆(董事长)，王志红(秘书)和徐智辉(财务)向上述新任Officers的交接工作从现在开始，将于2021年6月30日完成。

董事会聘徐智辉先生为学校财务顾问。任期自2021年7月1日起。

1. Reminder: According to the school's 2020-2021 school calendar, this Sunday (5/23/2021) our Huaxia Bergen Chinese School classes organize to watch the school's online graduation ceremony activity video! After that, each class will organize its own final activities!

2020-2021 is destined to be an unusual year. In this special graduation season, our affection, specifications and sense of ceremony will not diminish. We will hold a simple and simple "Cloud Graduation" ceremony. 2. The enrollment of Huaxia Bergen Chinese School's 2021 summer class has started on 5/17 and is in full swing. Since the number of students in each class cannot exceed 15, interested parents and students are welcome to sign up as soon as possible.

3. In a Board of Directors meeting on May 16, board members elected Ms. Zhihong Wang the President, Dr. Xiaoping Zhang the Secretary, Dr. Weimin Zhang the Treasurer for a one-year term from July 1，2021 to June 30，2022.
The handover of the current Board of Directors Yifan Liu (President), Zhihong Wang (Secretary) and Zhihui Xu (Treasurer) to the new officers mentioned above will start now and will be completed on June 30, 2021.

Mr. Zhihui Xu was appointed Financial Advisor of HXBG by Board of Directors starting from July 1, 2021.
