Huaxia Bergen Chinese School Notice (School Open on 9/12, first school day!)

疫情期间，为了家长学校师生们的安全，新学年我们将依照各级机构的条例条规，并将执行PCHS的规定：
1. 由于PCHS明确规定除在册学生，老师以及工作人员之外，其他人均不可进入教学楼，校委会工作台将在学校教学楼正门办公，接受注册，领书以及其他校务工作。
家长只能在门口dropoff自己的孩子，学校义工，班妈及工作人员将把孩子送到教室，建议家长给孩子做个标签，以方便工作人员接送孩子，跟家长联系，标签样本可参照下面图片，
2. 凡需要进入教学楼的人，每月的第一个在PCHS上课的周日都需要填写Building Entry Form，家长们需要提前打印出来填好（表上需要的体温一项，也请在家测好填写清楚），并于当日在building门口递交给工作人员，这个星期日（9月12日）需要交表才能进入学校。
3. 教学楼设有3个出入口，请参照下面学校地图，3个门在图上分别有标记，
(1) #1号门- 校委会工作台，包括：注册报名；领书发书。当日完成新生报名和领书的学生，门口递交Entry Form后，可由此门进入教学楼。
(2) #2号门和#3号门-建议所有可进入教学楼的人员由此两道门进入，递交Entry Form后，进入Building。
(3) #3号门只开到9点50分，此后#3号门用于三年级及以下的学生放学时，家长在#3号口接孩子。
(4) 所有四年级以上的学生和老师，班级帮忙的家长可以从任何门进入和离开，注意3号门9:50之后只能出。

During the epidemic, for the safety of parents, teachers and students, in the new school year, we will follow the rules and regulations of institutions at all levels and implement PCHS regulations:
1. As PCHS clearly stipulates that no one except registered students, teachers and staff can enter the teaching building, the school committee desk will be at the front entrance of the school building to accept registration, book collection and other school affairs.
Parents can only dropoff their children at the door. School volunteers, class mothers and staff will send their children to the classroom. Parents are advised to make a label for the child to facilitate the staff to pick up the child and contact the parent. The label sample can refer to the pictures below ,
2. Those who need to enter the teaching building need to fill in the Building Entry Form on the first Sunday of each month to attend classes at PCHS. Parents need to print it out in advance (the temperature required on the form is also required to be measured at home) It’s better to fill in clearly) and submit it to the staff at the door of the building on the same day. This Sunday (September 12), you need to submit a form to enter the school.
3. The teaching building has 3 entrances and exits. Please refer to the school map below. The 3 doors are marked on the map.
(1) Gate #1-School committee workbench, including: registration and registration; receiving books and issuing books. Students who have completed the registration and receipt of new students on the same day, after submitting the Entry Form at the door, can enter the teaching building through this door.
(2) Gate #2 and Gate #3-It is recommended that all personnel who can enter the teaching building enter through these two doors, and after submitting the Entry Form, enter Building.
(3) Gate #3 is only open until 9:50. After that, gate #3 is used for students of grade three and below when school is over. Parents will pick up their children at gate #3.
(4) All students and teachers above grade 4, as well as parents who help the class, can enter and leave from any door. Note that door 3 can only exit after 9:50.
