Dear Parents1、本周日（9月26日）华夏博根中文学校停课一次，由于学校设施另有它用。
2、华夏博根中文学校2021-2022学年度义工申请将于8月15日开始接受申请。
申请人必须是2021-2022学年度华夏博根中文学校注册学生或毕业生，同时在2021年9月进入公立学校8年级或者以上的学生。被接受的义工将由学校根据需要统一调配，学年结束后，所有符合条件的志愿者将获得华夏博根中文学校的Certificate of Volunteer Hours，以感谢他们的社区服务。欢迎有意愿的义工点击下面链接申请：https://forms.gle/bmhcojWG4rdFHLKm6
3、2021 第二届“华夏杯”绘画大赛就要拉开帷幕了！
在去年首届“华夏杯”绘画大赛中，我校共有27名选手参加了比赛，获得了幼儿组、少儿组、少年组共7个特等奖，4个一等奖的好成绩！希望今年有更多的孩子们踊跃参加比赛，期待又一届的硕果累累！
请愿意参加比赛的学生在10月10日之前将参加作品的电子照片发送至马璐老师邮箱（Lu.Ma04@gmail.com）, 照片名称为：“华夏博根-组别-学生名字 作品名” ，每位学生限送一幅画作, 报名费$10。详情请见附件及后续通知。
4、请参加了去年首届“华夏杯”绘画大赛的同学于下周日10月3日到学校一号门工作台领取作品集和证书。

1. This Sunday (September 26) Huaxia Bergen Chinese School will be closed, due to the facility unavailable.
2. Huaxia Bergen Chinese School will start accepting applications for volunteers for the 2021-2022 academic year.
Applicants must be registered students or graduates of Huaxia Bergen Chinese School for the 2021-2022 academic year, and students who entered the 8th grade or above in a public school in September 2021. Accepted volunteers will be uniformly deployed by the school as needed. After the end of the school year, all eligible volunteers will receive the Certificate of Volunteer Hours from China Bergen Chinese School to thank them for their community service. 3. 2021 The second "China Cup" Painting Competition is about to kick off!
In the first "China Cup" drawing competition last year, a total of 27 contestants from our school participated in the competition and won 7 special prizes in the infant group, children group, and juvenile group, and 4 first prizes! I hope that more children will take part in the competition this year, and I look forward to another fruitful event!
Students who are willing to participate in the competition are requested to send the electronic photos of their works to Teacher Ma Lu’s mailbox (Lu.Ma04@gmail.com) before October 10th, with the name of the photo: "Hua Xia Bergen-Group-Student Name and Work Name ", each student is limited to one painting, the registration fee is $10. For details, please see the attachment and follow-up notice.
4. Students who participated in the first “China Cup” drawing competition last year are requested to collect their portfolios and certificates at the school’s workbench at Gate 1 next Sunday, October 3rd.
