Huaxia Bergen Chinese School Notice (School Open on 10/10/2021)
Dear Parents这周日10月10日是华夏博根中文学校2021-2022新学年正常开课日，欢迎大家！

为了家长学校师生们的安全，我们将依照各级机构的条例条规，并将执行PCHS的规定
1. 请家长在孩子书包上贴上课程标签，在教学楼门口dropoff自己的孩子。学校义工和值班家长在9:40后尽量进入指定教室，不要在楼道里停留。
2. 教学楼设有3个出入口～
(1) #1号门- 校委会工作台。
(2) #2号门和#3号门- 建议所有可进入教学楼的人员由此两道门进入。
(3) 9点50分之后#3号门仅用于三年级及以下的学生放学时，家长在#3号口接孩子。
(4) 四年级及以上的学生，所有老师，工作人员可以从三个门出入。
3. 2021 第二届“华夏杯”绘画大赛就要拉开帷幕了！
在去年首届“华夏杯”绘画大赛中，我校共有27名选手参加了比赛，获得了幼儿组、少儿组、少年组共7个特等奖，4个一等奖的好成绩！希望今年有更多的孩子们踊跃参加比赛，期待又一届的硕果累累！
请愿意参加比赛的学生在10月10日之前将参加作品的电子照片发送至马璐老师邮箱（Lu.Ma04@gmail.com）, 照片名称为：“华夏博根-组别-学生名字 作品名” ，每位学生限送一幅画作, 报名费$10，请PayPal至： webmaster@hxbg.org 汇款时请选择“sending to friends" 避免charge 手续费，Memo处需注明参赛者的名字。
4、请参加了去年首届“华夏杯”绘画大赛的同学于下周日10月10日到学校一号门工作台领取作品集和证书。
Dear Parents
This Sunday, October 10th, is the normal opening day of the new school year of Huaxia Bergen Chinese School 2021-2022. Welcome everyone!

For the safety of the teachers and students, we will follow the regulations of the institutions at all levels and will implement the PCHS regulations
1. Parents are asked to put course labels on their children's schoolbags and dropoff their children at the entrance of the teaching building. School volunteers and parents on duty should try their best to enter the designated classrooms after 9:40, and do not stay in the corridors.
2. The teaching building has 3 entrances and exits~
(1) #1 Gate-School Committee Workbench.
(2) Door #2 and Door #3-It is recommended that all personnel who can enter the teaching building enter through these two doors.
(3) After 9:50, gate #3 is only used for students in the third grade and below when school is over. Parents will pick up their children at gate #3.
(4) Students in grade 4 and above, all teachers and staff can enter and exit through three doors.
3. The second “Huaxia Cup” drawing competition in 2021 is about to kick off!
In the first "Huaxia Cup" drawing competition last year, a total of 27 contestants from our school participated in the competition and won 7 special prizes in the infant group, children group, and juvenile group, and 4 first prizes! I hope that more children will take part in the competition this year and look forward to another fruitful event!
Students who are willing to participate in the competition are requested to send the electronic photos of the participating works to teacher Ma Lu’s mailbox (Lu.Ma04@gmail.com) before October 10th, with the name of the photo: "Hua Xia Bergen-group-student name and work name ", each student is limited to one painting, the registration fee is $10, please PayPal to: webmaster@hxbg.org, please select "sending to friends" when remittance to avoid charge fees, Memo must indicate the name of the participant.
4. Students who participated in the first “Huaxia Cup” painting competition last year are requested to collect their portfolios and certificates at the school’s No. 1 workbench next Sunday, October 10th.
