为了家长学校师生们的安全，我们将依照各级机构的条例条规，并将执行PCHS的规定
1. 请家长在孩子书包上贴上课程标签，在教学楼门口dropoff自己的孩子。学校义工和值班家长在9:40后尽量进入指定教室，不要在楼道里停留。
2. 教学楼设有3个出入口～
(1) #1号门- 校委会工作台。
(2) #2号门和#3号门- 建议所有可进入教学楼的人员由此两道门进入。
(3) 9点50分之后#3号门仅用于三年级及以下的学生放学时，家长在#3号口接孩子。
(4) 四年级及以上的学生，所有老师，工作人员可以从三个门出入。
3. 本周日11月14日Holy Name Hospital 来学校为大家免费注射流感疫苗(flu shot)。在征得PCHS的许可下，我们将于10:00am开始在学校Lobby处为大家服务，无需提供保险，无需提前预约，服务对象为18岁以上成年人。根据PCHS的要求，凡来前接受注射的人员需填写building entry form，全程必须戴口罩。为了不影响学校的教学秩序，请接种人员不得早于9:50am进入教学楼，并请统一从学校的2号门交(填)表进入，完成后请不要在教学楼里逗留，尽快离开。

This Sunday, November 14th, is the normal start day of the 2021-2022 school year of Huaxia Bergen Chinese School. Welcome everyone!

For the safety of the teachers and students of the parent school, we will follow the regulations of the institutions at all levels and will implement the PCHS regulations
1. Parents are asked to put course labels on their children's schoolbags and dropoff their children at the entrance of the teaching building. School volunteers and parents on duty should try their best to enter the designated classrooms after 9:40, and do not stay in the corridors.
2. The teaching building has 3 entrances and exits~
(1) #1 Gate-School Committee Workbench.
(2) Door #2 and Door #3-It is recommended that all personnel who can enter the teaching building enter through these two doors.
(3) After 9:50, gate #3 is only used for students in the third grade and below when school is over. Parents will pick up their children at gate #3.
(4) Students in grade 4 and above, all teachers and staff can enter and exit through three doors.
3. This Sunday, November 14th, Holy Name Hospital came to the school to give everyone a free flu shot. With the permission of PCHS, we will start serving everyone at the school Lobby at 10:00am. There is no need to provide insurance, no need to make an appointment in advance, and the service targets are adults over 18 years old. According to the requirements of PCHS, all those who receive injections before coming here need to fill in the building entry form, and they must wear masks throughout the process. In order not to affect the school’s teaching order, the vaccinators are requested to enter the teaching building no earlier than 9:50am, and to submit (fill in) the form from gate 2 of the school. After completion, please do not stay in the teaching building and leave as soon as possible.
