Dear Parents,这周日12月12日是华夏博根中文学校2021-2022学年正常开课日，欢迎大家！

1.为了家长学校师生们的安全，我们将依照各级机构的条例条规，并将执行PCHS的规定。本周日到校不需要填写Building Entry Form。
2. 2022朗诵演讲比赛报名已经结束，感谢家长的支持和鼓励。培训课将于本周六开始通过Zoom授课，之后将进行校内选拔，最后将选出12名学生代表博根分校参加在纽约中心分校举行的总校演讲比赛。
3. 家长在孩子书包上贴上课程标签，在教学楼门口dropoff自己的孩子。学校义工和值班家长在9:40后尽量进入指定教室，不要在楼道里停留。
4. 教学楼设有3个出入口～
(1) #1号门- 校委会工作台。
(2) #2号门和#3号门- 建议所有可进入教学楼的人员由此两道门进入。
(3) 9点50分之后#3号门仅用于三年级及以下的学生放学时，家长在#3号口接孩子。
(4) 四年级及以上的学生，所有老师，工作人员可以从三个门出入。

Dear Parents,
This Sunday, December 12th, is the normal start day of the 2021-2022 school year of Huaxia Bogen Chinese School. Welcome everyone!

1. For the safety of the teachers and students, we will follow the regulations of the institutions at all levels and will implement the PCHS regulations. You do not need to fill out the Building Entry Form when you arrive at school this Sunday.
2. The registration for the 2022 recitation speech contest has ended. Thank you parents for their support and encouragement. The training course will be taught through Zoom starting this Saturday, and then will be selected within the school. Finally, 12 students will be selected to represent the Bogen campus to participate in the main school speech contest held at the New York Central campus.
3. Parents put course labels on their children's schoolbags and dropoff their children at the entrance of the school building. School volunteers and parents on duty should try their best to enter the designated classrooms after 9:40, and do not stay in the corridors.
4. The teaching building has 3 entrances and exits~
(1) #1 Gate-School Committee Workbench.
(2) Door #2 and Door #3-It is recommended that all personnel who can enter the teaching building enter through these two doors.
(3) After 9:50, gate #3 is only used for students in the third grade and below when school is over. Parents will pick up their children at gate #3.
(4) Students in grade 4 and above, all teachers and staff can enter and exit through three doors.
