Dear Parents这周日4月10日是华夏博根中文学校2021-2022学年正常开课日，欢迎大家！
1、本周日4月10日复活节寻彩蛋活动将于上午11:00 - 11:35在户外运动场举行，欢迎第一第二节上课的同学11:00到场参加捡彩蛋；
欢迎第三第四节上课的同学请11:20到场参加捡彩蛋。
温馨提醒：家长有责任照顾好您的孩子，尤其是低年级的孩子。感谢您的支持！
2、为帮助学生在暑假期间坚持学习中文，华夏博根中文学校将开设暑期网上中文课和文体课，开课时间在6月5日到7月31日之间，每周日上课（7月3日除外），共8次课，中文课每周日上午9:30-11am，文化课11:30-1pm 。除AI Coding学费$240外，其他课程学费$160。暑期班将于2022年4月1日开始报名，报名截止日期为2022年5月14日，课程列表、课程介绍和年龄要求请点击下面链接查看：https://hxbg.org/summer2022/classlist_frontpage.php

3、家长在孩子书包上贴上课程标签，在教学楼门口dropoff自己的孩子。学校义工和值班家长在9:40后尽量进入指定教室，不要在楼道里停留。
4、教学楼设有3个出入口～
(1) #1号门- 校委会工作台。
(2) #2号门和#3号门- 建议所有可进入教学楼的人员由此两道门进入。
(3) 9点50分之后#3号门仅用于三年级及以下的学生放学时，家长在#3号口接孩子。
(4) 四年级及以上的学生，所有老师，工作人员可以从三个门出入。

Dear Parents
This Sunday, April 10th is the normal opening day of the 2021-2022 school year of Huaxia Bergen Chinese School. Welcome everyone!
1. This Sunday, April 10th, the Easter egg hunt will be held at the outdoor playground from 11:00 am to 11:35 am. Students from the first and second classes are welcome to come to the venue at 11:00 to participate in the Easter egg hunt; Welcome to the third and fourth quarters of the class, please come to the scene at 11:20 to pick up the eggs.
Warm reminder: Parents are responsible for taking care of your children, especially those in lower grades. thank you for your support!
2. In order to help students keep learning Chinese during the summer vacation, Huaxia Bogen Chinese School will offer summer online Chinese classes and cultural and sports classes, starting from June 5th to July 31st, every Sunday (July 3rd). There are 8 classes in total, Chinese class every Sunday from 9:30-11am, and culture class from 11:30-1pm. In addition to the AI Coding tuition fee of $240, the tuition fee for other courses is $160. Registration for the summer class will start on April 1, 2022, and the registration deadline is May 14, 2022. 3. Parents put a course label on their children's schoolbags and dropoff their children at the entrance of the teaching building. School volunteers and parents on duty should try to enter the designated classroom after 9:40 and do not stay in the corridor.
4. There are 3 entrances and exits in the teaching building~
(1) Gate #1 - School Committee Workbench.
(2) Doors #2 and #3 - It is recommended that all persons who can enter the teaching building enter through these two doors.
(3) After 9:50, gate #3 is only used for students in grade 3 and below after school, and parents will pick up their children at gate #3.
(4) Students in grades 4 and above, all teachers, and staff can enter and exit through three doors.
