Dear Parents这周日4月24日是华夏博根中文学校2021-2022学年正常开课日，欢迎大家！
1、本周日4月24日总校北区辩论比赛在我们学校举办，将有6所华夏分校派出的9支队伍分别参加低年级组和高年级组比赛，比赛将于上午10点正式开始，我们欢迎各兄弟分校，同时也要求所有参赛队遵守华夏博根中文学校和PCHS各项规定和要求，保持距离和安全。
2、为帮助学生在暑假期间坚持学习中文，华夏博根中文学校将开设暑期网上中文课和文体课，开课时间在6月5日到7月31日之间，每周日上课（7月3日除外），共8次课，中文课每周日上午9:30-11am，文化课11:30-1pm 。除AI Coding学费$240外，其他课程学费$160。暑期班将于2022年4月1日开始报名，报名截止日期为2022年5月14日，课程列表、课程介绍和年龄要求请点击下面链接查看：https://hxbg.org/summer2022/classlist_frontpage.php

3、家长在孩子书包上贴上课程标签，在教学楼门口dropoff自己的孩子。学校义工和值班家长在9:40后尽量进入指定教室，不要在楼道里停留。
4、教学楼设有3个出入口～
(1) #1号门- 校委会工作台。
(2) #2号门和#3号门- 建议所有可进入教学楼的人员由此两道门进入。
(3) 9点50分之后#3号门仅用于三年级及以下的学生放学时，家长在#3号口接孩子。
(4) 四年级及以上的学生，所有老师，工作人员可以从三个门出入。

Dear Parents
This Sunday, April 24th is the normal opening day of the 2021-2022 school year of Huaxia Bergen Chinese School. Welcome everyone!
1. This Sunday, April 24th, the North District debate competition of the main school will be held in our school. There will be 9 teams sent by 6 Huaxia branches to participate in the competition of the junior group and the senior group respectively. The competition will officially start at 10:00 a.m. , we welcome all the sister campuses, and also require all participating teams to abide by the regulations and requirements of Huaxia Bogen Chinese School and PCHS, and maintain distance and safety.
2. In order to help students keep learning Chinese during the summer vacation, Huaxia Bogen Chinese School will offer summer online Chinese classes and cultural and sports classes, starting from June 5th to July 31st, every Sunday (July 3rd). There are 8 classes in total, Chinese class every Sunday from 9:30-11am, and culture class from 11:30-1pm. In addition to the AI Coding tuition fee of $240, the tuition fee for other courses is $160. 3. Parents put a course label on their children's schoolbags and dropoff their children at the entrance of the teaching building. School volunteers and parents on duty should try to enter the designated classroom after 9:40 and do not stay in the corridor.
4. There are 3 entrances and exits in the teaching building~
(1) Gate #1 - School Committee Workbench.
(2) Doors #2 and #3 - It is recommended that all persons who can enter the teaching building enter through these two doors.
(3) After 9:50, gate #3 is only used for students in grade 3 and below after school, and parents will pick up their children at gate #3.
(4) Students in grades 4 and above, all teachers, and staff can enter and exit through three doors.
