3、新学年我们将依照PCHS所规定的：
* 凡需要进入教学楼的人于每月的第一周都将填写Building Entry Form，家长们需要打印出来并当日递交给中文学校的工作人员。

* 经与租用高中PCHS多次协商，对方同意四年级以下的学生由家长进入教学楼drop off 和pick up，仅限于接送孩子，上课时间严禁家长滞留在教学楼里。
4、华夏博根中文学校2022-2023学年度义工申请将于8月22日开始接受申请。
申请人须是2022-2023学年度华夏博根中文学校注册学生或者毕业生，同时在2022年9月进入公立学校8年级或者以上的学生。学校将于2022年9月初通知被接受申请的义工被分配的班级和老师（所有义工将由任课老师提出要求，学校统一按需求安排）。学年结束后，所有符合条件的志愿者将获得华夏博根中文学校的Certificate of Volunteer Hours，以感谢他们的社区服务。2022-2023学年度义工申请截止日期为2022年10月1日，欢迎有意愿的义工点击下面链接申请：https://forms.gle/5VsYUiJHm9Ukn5FPA

3. In the new school year, we will follow PCHS regulations:
* Anyone who needs to enter the teaching building will fill in the Building Entry Form in the first week of each month, parents need to print it out and submit it to the staff of the Chinese school on the same day.

* After many consultations with PCHS, the rented high school, the other party agreed that students under the fourth grade should enter the teaching building for drop off and pick up by their parents, only to pick up and drop off their children, and parents are strictly prohibited from staying in the teaching building during class hours.
4. Volunteer applications for the 2022-2023 academic year of Huaxia Bergen Chinese School will be accepted from August 22.
Applicants must be registered students or graduates of Huaxia Bergen Chinese School in the 2022-2023 school year, and students who will enter public schools in grade 8 or above in September 2022. The school will notify the assigned classes and teachers of the accepted volunteers in early September 2022 (all volunteers will be requested by the classroom teacher, and the school will arrange them according to their needs). After the school year, all eligible volunteers will receive a Certificate of Volunteer Hours from Huaxia Bergen Chinese School in appreciation for their community service.
