Huaxia Bergen Chinese School Notice (School Open on 11/6/2022, DST ends)
Dear Parents,2022年美国夏令时将于11月6日凌晨2点结束，冬令时开始。请大家周六晚上睡觉前将不能自动调整时间的时钟拨慢一小时（周日早晨可多睡一小时！）。
1、华夏博根中文学校将于11月6日上实体课！华夏博根全体工作人员和老师们在我们熟悉的校园等着你！
2、11月6日是本月第一天的校园上课，学校将依照PCHS规定：
* 凡需要进入教学楼的人于每月的第一周都将填写Building Entry Form，每一位老师、学生、低年级的家长和值班家长均需要打印出来并当日递交给中文学校的工作人员，才可进入教学楼。

* 经与租用高中PCHS多次协商，对方同意四年级以下的学生由家长进入教学楼drop off 和pick up，仅限于接送孩子，上课时间严禁家长滞留在教学楼里。
3、教学楼设有3个出入口，请参照下面学校地图，3个门在图上分别有标记，

(1) #1号门- 校委会工作台，包括：注册报名；领书发书。当日完成新生报名和领书的学生，门口递交Entry Form后，可由此门进入教学楼。
(2) #2号门和#3号门-建议所有可进入教学楼的人员由此两道门进入，递交Entry Form后，进入Building。
4、网球课的同学们请注意：本周由于网球场地施工，网球课将移至体育馆内进行。
5、学校赞助商”Steinway & Sons” Paramus琴行定于Nov3-5,2022 三天有promotion，学校有学生要换琴/买琴的请联系林女士：(917) 612-2870。

Dear Parents,
In 2022, daylight saving time in the United States will end at 2 a.m. on November 6 and winter time will begin. Please set your clocks that don't automatically adjust time back an hour before going to bed on Saturday night (and get an extra hour of sleep on Sunday mornings!).
1. Huaxia Bergen Chinese School will hold physical classes on November 6th! All the staff and teachers of Huaxia Bergen are waiting for you on our familiar campus!
2. November 6th is the first day of this month. The school will follow PCHS regulations:
* Anyone who needs to enter the teaching building will fill in the Building Entry Form in the first week of each month. Every teacher, student, parents of lower grades and parents on duty need to print it out and submit it to the staff of the Chinese school on the same day. to enter the classroom.

* After many consultations with PCHS, the rented high school, the other party agreed that students under the fourth grade should enter the teaching building for drop off and pick up by their parents, only to pick up and drop off their children, and parents are strictly prohibited from staying in the teaching building during class hours.
3. There are 3 entrances and exits in the teaching building. Please refer to the school map below. The 3 doors are marked on the map respectively.

(1) Gate #1 - Workbench of the school committee, including: registration; book collection and issuance. Students who complete the freshman registration and book collection on the same day, after submitting the Entry Form at the door, can enter the teaching building through this door.
(2) Gate #2 and Gate #3 - It is recommended that all those who can enter the teaching building enter through these two gates. After submitting the Entry Form, enter the Building.
4. Tennis class students, please note: Due to the construction of the tennis court this week, the tennis class will be moved to the gymnasium.
5. The school sponsor "Steinway & Sons" Paramus Music Store is scheduled to have a promotion on Nov3-5, 2022 for three days. If the school has students who want to change or buy a piano, please contact Ms. Lin: (917) 612-2870.
