Huaxia Bergen Chinese School Notice (School Open on 10/22/2023)
Dear Parents,
1、10月22日（周日）校历第六周，华夏博根全体工作人员和老师们在熟悉的校园等着你！
根据PCHS的要求，需要强调以下几点注意事项，请全体学生及家长遵照执行。
❗️课间休息时，严禁学生在楼道及公共区域奔跑打闹，以防发生意外；
❗️严禁学生进入二楼禁止入内的区域；
❗️严禁学生在电梯内外玩耍。
❗️为保证学校的教学秩序，请家长按学校要求不要在教室门口及走廊聊天喧哗，上课时段请移步到North Cafeteria 。
一个良好的教学环境需要全校师生及家长的努力维护。为了保证学校能够平稳良性地运行，请大家自觉遵守校规。谢谢大家的支持！
2、本周日上午9:30～12:30，Holy Name Hospital 将在中文学校North Cafeteria 为大家免费注射流感疫苗（flu shot）。服务对象为18岁以上成年人，无需提供保险，无需注册预约，先到先得。为能提高效率，接种人员请提前填写好所需表格，届时提交给负责人员。
3、根据校历本周是各中文班家长会时间，请家长们关注各班班群，届时按老师的安排参加会议。
4、根据学校教学要求，家长将孩子送到教室门口后，请不要在教室里多作停留。为保证课堂教学质量和教学效果，请家长不要坐到教室里，除非任课教师许可。
5、美国传统节日万圣节即将到来，孩子们的装扮您准备好了吗？如果您家里有闲置的costume ,可捐到学校供有需要的其他家庭选用，既做到物尽其用，希望大家积极响应。
6、本周日将举行华夏中文学校田径运动会，我校有几位运动员将参加比赛，预祝他们取得好成绩。
根据PCHS的安全要求，从本周起教学楼的#4、18和22号门只开到9:30 am，之后请使用North Cafeteria 的# 21号门进入教学楼，请大家遵照执行。

Dear Parents,
1. On October 22 (Sunday), the sixth week of the academic calendar, all staff and teachers of Huaxia Bergen are waiting for you on the familiar campus!
According to the requirements of PCHS, the following points need to be emphasized, and all students and parents are requested to comply with them.
❗️During recess, students are strictly prohibited from running and playing in corridors and public areas to prevent accidents;
❗️Students are strictly prohibited from entering the prohibited areas on the second floor;
❗️Students are strictly prohibited from playing inside and outside the elevator.
❗️In order to ensure the school's teaching order, parents are requested not to chat or make noise at the classroom door and corridors according to the school's requirements. Please move to the North Cafeteria during school hours.

2. From 9:30am to 12:30am this Sunday, Holy Name Hospital will provide free flu shots at the Chinese School North Cafeteria. The service targets adults over 18 years old. No insurance or registration is required. It is first come, first served. In order to improve efficiency, vaccinators should fill out the required forms in advance and submit them to the person in charge at that time.
3. According to the school calendar, this week is the parent meeting time for each Chinese class. Parents, please pay attention to each class group and attend the meeting as arranged by the teacher.
4. According to school teaching requirements, parents please do not stay in the classroom for too long after sending their children to the classroom door. To ensure the quality and effectiveness of classroom teaching, parents are asked not to sit in the classroom unless given permission by the teacher.
5. Halloween, the traditional American holiday, is coming soon. Are you ready for your children’s costumes? If you have idle costumes at home, you can donate them to the school for other families in need to use. This will make the best use of the materials. We hope everyone will respond positively.
6. The Huaxia Chinese School Track and Field Games will be held this Sunday. Several athletes from our school will participate in the competition. I wish them good results.
According to the safety requirements of PCHS, starting this week, doors #4, 18 and 22 of the teaching building will only be open until 9:30 am. After that, please use door #21 of the North Cafeteria to enter the teaching building. Please follow these instructions.
