Huaxia Bergen Chinese School Notice (School Open on 11/5/2023)
Dear Parents,
重要提示：️2023年美国夏令时将于11月5日周日 凌晨2:00 am结束，届时需要将家里不能自动调整时间的钟表逆时针拨慢一个小时。周日可以多睡一个小时啦！
1、11月5日（周日）校历第八周，华夏博根全体工作人员和老师们在熟悉的校园等着你！
良好的教学环境需要全校师生及家长的努力维护。为了保证学校能够平稳良性地运行，请全体人员自觉遵守以下校规：
❗️课间休息时，严禁学生在楼道及公共区域奔跑打闹，以防发生意外；
❗️严禁学生进入二楼禁止入内的区域；
❗️严禁学生在电梯内外玩耍。
❗️为保证学校的教学秩序，请家长按学校要求不要在教室门口及走廊聊天喧哗，上课时段请移步到North Cafeteria 。
2、2023第四届海投全球-“华夏杯”绘画大赛开始报名啦！博根的小画家们希望你们能利用这个舞台尽情展现你们的才华。欲了解报名详情请联系刘一帆副校长（sliu07652@yahoo.com)。欢迎同学们踊跃参加。
3、根据PCHS的场地施工要求，本周的网球场将关闭，请网球班的同学关注网球老师的通知。
4、根据学校教学要求，家长将孩子送到教室门口后，请不要在教室里多作停留。为保证课堂教学质量和教学效果，请家长不要坐到教室里，除非任课教师许可。
根据PCHS的安全要求，从本周起教学楼的#4、18和22号门只开到9: 45am，之后请使用# 21 North Cafeteria 的门进入教学楼，请大家遵照执行。

Dear Parents,
Important note: The 2023 U.S. Daylight Saving Time will end at 2:00 am on Sunday, November 5th. At that time, you will need to set the clocks at home that cannot automatically adjust time counterclockwise by one hour. I can sleep an extra hour on Sunday!
1. On November 5th (Sunday), the eighth week of the academic calendar, all staff and teachers of Huaxia Bergen are waiting for you on the familiar campus!
A good teaching environment requires the efforts of all teachers, students and parents of the school to maintain. In order to ensure the smooth and healthy operation of the school, all personnel are required to voluntarily abide by the following school rules:
❗️During recess, students are strictly prohibited from running and playing in corridors and public areas to prevent accidents;
❗️Students are strictly prohibited from entering the prohibited areas on the second floor;
❗️Students are strictly prohibited from playing inside and outside the elevator.
❗️In order to ensure the school's teaching order, parents are requested not to chat or make noise at the classroom door and corridors according to the school's requirements. Please move to the North Cafeteria during school hours.
2. Registration for the 2023 Fourth Haitou Global-"China Cup" Painting Competition has begun! The little painters of Bogen hope that you can use this stage to show your talents. For registration details, please contact Vice Principal Liu Yifan (sliu07652@yahoo.com). Students are welcome to participate enthusiastically.
3. According to the site construction requirements of PCHS, the tennis courts will be closed this week. Please pay attention to the tennis teacher’s notice.
4. According to school teaching requirements, parents please do not stay in the classroom for too long after sending their children to the classroom door. To ensure the quality and effectiveness of classroom teaching, parents are asked not to sit in the classroom unless given permission by the teacher.
According to the safety requirements of PCHS, starting this week, doors #4, 18 and 22 of the teaching building will only be open until 9:45am. After that, please use the door of #21 North Cafeteria to enter the teaching building. Please follow these instructions.
