Huaxia Bergen Chinese School Notice (School Open on 5/12/2024)
Dear Parents，
2024年05月12日（周日）校历第三十二周。始于初秋终于初夏，本周是2023－24学年的最后一周，本学年在全体教职工和同学们、义工们的共同努力下将要完美落幕。
本周安排如下：
1、本周所有中文课都将安排在9:30 am －11:10 am，各班级老师如有特殊安排的，请关注各班群通知。
2、本周无文体课，油画课除外（油画课需要补课）。
3、本周将举办首届＂博根杯＂识字比赛，请参加比赛的同学于9: 15 am到224教室集中，9:30 am开始比赛。
4、5月12日上午11:30将举行2023-24学年的毕业典礼，请全体人员到学校礼堂参加本学年的最后一项重大盛事，为2023 -24画下一个圆满的句号。

Dear Parents,
May 12, 2024 (Sunday) is the 32nd week of the academic calendar. Beginning in early autumn and ending in early summer, this week is the last week of the 2023-24 school year. With the joint efforts of all faculty, staff, students, and volunteers, this school year will come to a perfect end.
This week’s schedule is as follows:
1. All Chinese classes this week will be scheduled from 9:30 am to 11:10 am. If teachers of each class have special arrangements, please pay attention to the notices of each class group.
2. There are no cultural and sports classes this week, except for oil painting classes (oil painting classes require make-up classes).
3. The first "Bergen Cup" literacy competition will be held this week. Students participating in the competition are asked to gather in classroom 224 at 9:15 am and the competition will start at 9:30 am.
4. The graduation ceremony of the 2023-24 school year will be held at 11:30 a.m. on May 12. All personnel are invited to attend the last major event of this school year in the school auditorium to draw a successful conclusion to 2023-24.
