Dear Parents
1、9月22日（校历第三周）请同学们带好所需物品，收拾好书包，元气满满到校上课⏰。
2、2024-2025学年度秋季注册还在继续，中文课程设计专业系统，文体课程丰富多样，适合各年龄段学生，欢迎大家报名！

3、根据学校退费规则：注册费不退。第二周（截止日期9/20/2024 11:59pm)可退该学期学费的80%。第三周以后不退。已注册但未进入的第二个学期, 第二个学期学费全退。如有需要请家长及时调整课程。
4、2024华夏-AAF田径运动会（即第二十三届华夏田径运动会）将于2024年10月5日在Oak Ridge Park举行。金秋十月，秋高气爽，希望大家积极报名参加一年一度的华夏体育盛会。
比赛时间：8:00AM-5:00PM, Saturday, Oct 5th, 2024
比赛地点：Oak Ridge Park, 136 Oak Ridge Rd, Clark, NJ 07066
报名截止日期：2024年9月23日。我们仅有两个上课日的报名时间，比较仓促，请大家抓紧时间报名。附上报名表，报名费 $5/人。比赛当天有午餐供应。
具体比赛项目和规则请参见随信附件。如有问题，请到学校cafeteria 与刘一帆副校长联系。
5、为保障学校的教学秩序，请家长们不要在走廊聊天喧哗，移步到cafeteria 休息。谢谢配合！

Dear Parents
1. On September 22 (the third week of the school calendar), students are asked to bring the necessary items, pack their schoolbags, and come to school full of energy⏰.
2. Registration for the fall of the 2024-2025 academic year is still ongoing. Chinese courses are professionally designed and systematic, with rich and diverse cultural and sports courses suitable for students of all ages. Everyone is welcome to register!

3. According to the school’s refund rules: the registration fee is non-refundable. In the second week (deadline 9/20/2024 11:59pm), 80% of the tuition fee for the semester can be refunded. No withdrawal after the third week. If you have registered but not entered the second semester, the tuition fee for the second semester will be fully refunded. Parents are asked to adjust the curriculum promptly if necessary.
4. The 2024 China-AAF Track and Field Games (the 23rd China Track and Field Games) will be held on October 5, 2024 at Oak Ridge Park. It’s October in the golden autumn and the air is crisp. I hope everyone will actively sign up to participate in the annual Chinese sports event.

5. In order to ensure the teaching order of the school, parents are asked not to chat or make noise in the corridor and move to the cafeteria to rest. Thank you for your cooperation!
