Huaxia Bergen Chinese School Notice (School Open on 11/24/2024)
Dear Parents,
📣11月24日（校历第十一周）请同学们带好上课所需物品，收拾好书包，准时到校上课⏰ 。本周学校通知如下：
1、2025年华夏总校北区演讲比赛将于2025年1月12日在我们学校举行。华夏博根中文学校的报名正式启动，欢迎年龄5到10岁学生报名参加，学校组织的培训，请有兴趣的学生或者家长请尽快向自己的中文课老师报名。
2、🛎🛎🛎 以“守护地球家园 • 共筑和平未来”为主题“华夏杯”国际青少年儿童绘画大赛（暨第五届“华夏杯”绘画大赛）重磅开启！比赛将于10月至12月期间举行。此项赛事面向全球青少年儿童。我校在以往几届绘画大赛中均取得了优异的成绩，希望我们的小艺术家们继续积极参与，展现才华，再创佳绩！

‼️ 中文学校与Paramus Catholic High School 在使用学校facility 是有合同要求，我们只能使用合同中指定的教室和公共设施，希望全体人员严格遵守规定。任何教师和个人不能擅自使用未经许可合同以外的场地，由此所产生的问题和费用将由使用人员自行承担。
‼️根据学校害虫防护的要求，🈲️严禁将购买的餐食带到教室中食用，只允许在cafeteria 和lobby 食用。请大家认真执行，也请各班老师和班爸（妈）协助监督。
为保障学校的教学秩序，请家长们在上课期间不要在走廊聊天喧哗，移步到cafeteria 休息。谢谢配合！

Dear Parents.
📣 On November 24th (the 11th week of the school calendar), please bring all the items you need for class, pack your bags and come to school on time⏰ . This week's school notices are as follows:
1. The 2025 Huaxia Main School North Speech Contest will be held on January 12, 2025 at our school. Huaxia Bergen Chinese School's registration is officially launched, students aged 5 to 10 years old are welcome to sign up for the training organized by the school, please interested students or parents please sign up with their Chinese class teacher as soon as possible.
2、🛎🛎🛎🛎 With the theme of “Protecting the Earth's Homeland - Building a Peaceful Future”, the “Huaxia Cup” International Children's Drawing Competition (and the Fifth International Children's Drawing Competition) will be held in Beijing. The “Huaxia Cup” International Children and Youth Painting Competition (and the Fifth “Huaxia Cup” Painting Competition) with the theme of “Protecting the Earth's Homeland - Building a Peaceful Future” is reopened! The competition will be held from October to December. The competition is open to children and young people from all over the world. Our school has achieved excellent results in the past years, and we hope that our young artists will continue to participate in the competition and show their talents!

‼️ The Chinese School has a contract with Paramus Catholic High School for the use of school facilities. We can only use the classrooms and public facilities specified in the contract, and we hope that all staff will strictly abide by the rules. No teacher or individual may use any space outside of the contract without authorization, and any problems or costs incurred will be the sole responsibility of the user.
‼️ In accordance with the school's pest protection requirements, 🈲️ purchased meals are strictly prohibited from being brought into the classroom for consumption and are only permitted at cafeteria and lobby. Please take this seriously and ask your classroom teachers and class dads (moms) to help monitor this.
For the sake of the school's order, parents are requested to refrain from chatting and clamoring in the corridors and move to the cafeteria for a break during the school day. Thank you for your cooperation!
