School Notice (3/23/08 school open)

Dear Parents,

1, The school will open this Sunday, Mar 23, 2008 at 10:00am.

2, Regarding YCT(Youth Chinese Test), please submit your registration by 4/1, and check our school website for details. Please note, 1, No picture needed for this time, 2, You must write both Chinese and English names, 3, the deadline for registration is 4/1.

3, In Huaxia school's speech contest held on 3/16, three students from our Bergen school participated and achieved a surprising good result, please check our website for details.

4. 2008 Huaxia track & field game will be hend on 5/3/2008, now the registration starts, please print/fill the form and submit to parent council in cafeteria in 3/23 and 3/30 two Sundays only! Our school closes on 4/6 and 4/13, each athlete can have two choices.

5. Our School By-law Review/Update: our school joint meeting was held on 10/21/07 and agreed unanimously to update school By-law. After parent meeting on 11/25, our school decided to review the HXBG School By-law to adapt the school's growing and to better operate the educational program, and to correct flaw and deficiency in the current By-law which we have used for many years. After careful consideration and discussion, the draft version was already completed, please review and your precious suggestions are welcome.
