Dear Parents,

1. 上周我校顺利开学，目前已进入校历第二周（9月14日）。新学年，新气象！希望同学们在新的一年里能够感受到学习中文的乐趣，并收获成长与成就。

2. 2025–2026 学年度注册仍在继续。中文课程设计专业、系统，文体课程丰富多样，适合各年龄段学生。欢迎大家积极报名！

3. 学费退费规则：
• 注册费不退。
• 学费在第一周内（截止 9/13/2025 11:59pm）可全额退还。
• 学费在第二周内（截止 9/19/2025 11:59pm）可退该学期学费的80%和全额春季学费。
• 第三周起不再退款。
• 已注册但未开始的第二个学期，学费可全额退还。

✳️✳️ 教室调整通知：机器人课教室134；中文毕业班教室130； 象棋课教室204，中文3册CSL/AP班 教室203。

‼️ 注意事项 ‼️

⚠️ 安全：学生课间禁止进入教学楼二层靠近 210、208、206 等教室的隐蔽走廊区域，请老师和家长提醒学生遵守规定。

⚠️ 纪律与卫生：请家长叮嘱孩子遵守学校规章，爱护公共设施，维护校园环境。

⚠️ 课堂秩序：上课期间家长不得进入教室（值日班爸班妈除外）。教室内义工请专注协助教学，避免使用电子设备影响学生听课。

⚠️ 交通安全：校区内车速限 10 英里/小时，请务必减速慢行，注意行人安全。

⚠️ 场地使用：中文学校与 Paramus Catholic High School 有明确的场地使用合同，仅限使用指定教室与公共区域。任何人不得擅自使用未授权场地，否则责任自负。

⚠️ 饮食规定：根据学校害虫防护要求，🈲️ 严禁在教室内进餐。

Dear Parents,

1. Our school successfully commenced the new academic year last week and is now in the second week of the school calendar (September 14). A new year brings fresh beginnings! We hope students will discover the joy of learning Chinese and achieve growth and accomplishments throughout this year.

2. Registration for the 2025–2026 academic year remains open. Our Chinese curriculum is professionally designed and systematically structured, featuring a diverse range of academic and extracurricular courses suitable for students of all ages. We encourage everyone to sign up!

3. Tuition Refund Policy:
• Registration fees are non-refundable.
• Tuition fees are fully refundable during the first week (until 9/13/2025 11:59pm).
• Tuition fees are refundable at 80% for the current semester and 100% for the spring semester within the second week (until 9/19/2025 11:59pm).
• No refunds will be issued starting from the third week.
• Tuition fees for the second semester, if registered but not yet commenced, are fully refundable.

✳️✳️ Classroom Adjustment Notice: Robotics class in Room 134; Chinese graduation class in Room 130; Chess class in Room 204; Chinese Level 3 CSL/AP class in Room 203.

‼️ Important Notice ‼️

⚠️ Safety: Students are prohibited from entering the concealed corridor areas on the second floor near classrooms 210, 208, 206, etc. during breaks. Teachers and parents are requested to remind students to comply with this rule.

⚠️ Discipline & Hygiene: Parents are asked to instruct children to follow school regulations, take care of public facilities, and maintain the campus environment.

⚠️ Classroom Order: Parents may not enter classrooms during lessons (except for parents on duty). Classroom volunteers should focus on assisting instruction and avoid using electronic devices that may distract students.

⚠️ Traffic Safety: The speed limit on campus is 10 mph. Please slow down and watch for pedestrians.

⚠️ Facility Usage: The Chinese School has a formal agreement with Paramus Catholic High School for designated classroom and common area use only. Unauthorized access to any other areas is strictly prohibited and will result in personal liability.

⚠️ Food Policy: Per school pest control regulations, 🈲️ eating is strictly prohibited in classrooms.
