Dear Parents,

2025年9月21日校历第三周，本周学校通知如下：

1. 2025–2026 学年度秋季注册仍在继续。学校中文课程设计专业、系统，文体课程丰富多样，适合各年龄段学生。欢迎大家积极报名！

• 注册费不退。
• 学费在第二周（截止 9/20/2025 11:59pm）可退 80%。
• 第三周起不再退款。
• 已注册但未开始的第二个学期，学费可全额退还。

3. 2025 华夏-AAF 田径运动会（第二十四届华夏田径运动会）将于 10月12日（周日）9:00AM–5:00PM 在 Edison High School, 50 Boulevard of the Eagles, Edison, NJ 08817 举行。报名现已开启。由于比赛与我校上课时间冲突，请大家合理安排报名。详情请到cafeteria 校委会工作台咨询。

‼️ 注意事项 ‼️

⚠️ 安全：学生课间禁止进入教学楼二层靠近 210、208、206 等教室的隐蔽走廊区域，请老师和家长提醒学生遵守规定。

⚠️ 纪律与卫生：请家长叮嘱孩子遵守学校规章，爱护公共设施，维护校园环境。

⚠️ 课堂秩序：上课期间家长不得进入教室（值日班爸班妈除外）。教室内义工请专注协助教学，避免使用电子设备影响学生听课。

⚠️ 交通安全：校区内车速限 10 英里/小时，请务必减速慢行，注意行人安全。

⚠️ 场地使用：中文学校与 Paramus Catholic High School 有明确的场地使用合同，仅限使用指定教室与公共区域。任何人不得擅自使用未授权场地，否则责任自负。

⚠️ 饮食规定：根据学校害虫防护要求，🈲️ 严禁在教室内进餐。

Week 3 of the 2025 Academic Calendar (September 21, 2025)
This week's school announcements are as follows:

1. Fall 2025–2026 registration is still open. Our Chinese curriculum is well-designed and systematic, with diverse extracurricular activities suitable for all age groups. We encourage everyone to sign up!

2. School Refund Policy:
• Registration fees are non-refundable.
• Tuition fees are 80% refundable during the second week (until 9/20/2025 11:59pm).
• No refunds will be issued starting from the third week.
• Tuition fees for the second semester may be fully refunded if registration is canceled before the semester begins.

3. The 2025 Huaxia-AAF Track & Field Meet (24th Huaxia Track Meet) will be held on Sunday, October 12, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM at Edison High School, 50 Boulevard of the Eagles, Edison, NJ 08817. Registration is now open. As the event conflicts with our school schedule, please plan your registration accordingly. For details, visit the PTA desk in the cafeteria.

‼️ Important Notes ‼️

⚠️ Safety: Students are prohibited from entering the concealed corridor area on the second floor of the academic building near classrooms 210, 208, 206, etc. during breaks. Teachers and parents are requested to remind students to comply with this rule.

⚠️ Discipline and Hygiene: Parents are asked to instruct their children to follow school regulations, take care of public facilities, and maintain the campus environment.

⚠️ Classroom Order: Parents are not permitted in classrooms during lessons (except for parents on duty). Classroom volunteers should focus on assisting teaching and avoid using electronic devices that may distract students.

⚠️ Traffic Safety: The speed limit on campus is 10 mph. Please slow down and watch for pedestrians.

⚠️ Facility Usage: The Chinese School has a formal agreement with Paramus Catholic High School for designated classroom and common area use only. Unauthorized access to any other areas is strictly prohibited and will result in personal liability.

⚠️ Food Policy: Per school pest control regulations, 🈲️ eating is strictly prohibited in classrooms.
