2025年9月28日，校历第四周，本周学校通知如下：
1. 秋季家长会
本周为中文课秋季家长会时间，请家长根据本班老师的安排准时参加，及时了解学期学习计划。
2. 免费流感疫苗接种
📍 时间：本周日上午 10:00–12:00
📍 地点：学校 North Cafeteria
📍 对象：18岁及以上人士
📍 注意事项：无需注册、无需保险，名额有限，先到先得。为提高效率，请提前填写 Influenza (Flu) Vaccination Consent 同意书。
3. 秋季注册
2025–2026 学年秋季注册仍在继续。学校中文课程专业系统，文体课程丰富多样，适合各年龄段学生。欢迎大家积极报名！

4. 学校退费规则
• 本周起 不再退还秋季学费。

⚠️ 安全：学生课间禁止进入教学楼二层 210、208、206 等教室附近的隐蔽走廊。请老师和家长提醒学生遵守规定。
⚠️ 纪律与卫生：请家长叮嘱孩子遵守学校规章，爱护公共设施，共同维护校园环境。
⚠️ 课堂秩序：上课期间家长不得进入教室（值日班爸班妈除外）。课堂内义工请专注协助教学，避免使用电子设备影响学生听课。
⚠️ 交通安全：校区内车速限 10 英里/小时，请务必减速慢行，注意行人安全。
⚠️ 场地使用：学校与 Paramus Catholic High School 的场地使用合同仅限指定教室与公共区域。请勿擅自使用未授权场地，否则责任自负。
⚠️ 饮食规定：根据学校害虫防护要求，🈲️ 严禁在教室内进餐。

September 28, 2025, the fourth week of the academic calendar, the school’s announcement this week is as follows:
1. Autumn parent conference
This week is the fall parent-teacher meeting for the Chinese class. Parents are asked to attend on time according to the arrangements of the class teacher to keep abreast of the semester study plan.
2. Free flu vaccination
📍 Time: This Sunday 10:00am–12:00am
📍 Location: School North Cafeteria
📍 Target: People aged 18 and above
📍 Notes: No registration or insurance required, places are limited, first come first served. To increase efficiency, please complete the Influenza (Flu) Vaccination Consent form in advance.
3. Fall Registration
Fall registration for the 2025–2026 school year is still open. The school's Chinese curriculum is professional and systematic, with rich and diverse cultural and sports courses suitable for students of all ages. Everyone is welcome to actively sign up!

4. School refund rules
• Starting this week, there will be no refunds for fall tuition.
• Tuition is fully refundable for spring semesters registered but not started.

⚠️Safety: Students are not allowed to enter the hidden corridors near classrooms 210, 208, and 206 on the second floor of the teaching building during class breaks. Teachers and parents are asked to remind students to follow the rules.
⚠️ Discipline and hygiene: Parents are asked to instruct their children to abide by school rules, take care of public facilities, and jointly maintain the campus environment.
⚠️ Classroom order: Parents are not allowed to enter the classroom during class (except parents on duty). Volunteers in the classroom should focus on assisting in teaching and avoid using electronic devices to affect students' listening to the class.
⚠️ Traffic Safety: The speed limit on campus is 10 mph, please be sure to slow down and pay attention to pedestrian safety.
⚠️ Space use: The school’s space use contract with Paramus Catholic High School is limited to designated classrooms and common areas. Please do not use unauthorized venues without permission, otherwise you will be responsible for your own responsibility.
⚠️ Food regulations: According to the school’s pest protection requirements, 🈲️ eating in the classroom is strictly prohibited.
