2026年3月1日正常上课（校历第二十二周），本周学校通知如下：
1，2025–2026学年中文课第二次家长见面会
本周为2025–2026学年中文课第二次家长会，老师将结合教学大纲，与家长分享春季学期的整体教学安排，让家长更了解课堂教学情况。请各位家长根据本班老师的具体安排准时参加。
2，课程调整说明
由于天气原因，并应部分家长要求，上周（2月22日）学校暂停线下课程，中文课改为线上考试形式进行。
因 Paramus Catholic High School 本学年已无法提供额外的 make-up day，故上周未能进行的文化课的补课时间为5月10日，具体安排如下：
A．原第三节、第四节文化课的班级，补课时间：9:30–10:15 AM;
B．原第一节、第二节文化课的班级，补课时间：10:25–11:00 AM
C．5月10日中文课时间调整如下：
• 原第一节、第二节中文课合并为一节课，9:30-10:15 AM;
• 原第三节、第四节中文课合并为一节课，10:25–11:00 AM。
D．毕业典礼将于 5月10日11:30 AM 在学校礼堂举行。

场地使用说明
学校与 Paramus Catholic High School 的场地合同仅限使用指定教室及公共区域。请家长和学生不要进入未授权区域。所有教室及场地仅供在校注册学生进行教学活动使用。未经校方许可，请勿自行安排或组织与教学无关的活动。
纪律与秩序
请家长提醒孩子遵守学校规章制度，爱护公共设施，不随意翻动教室物品与书籍。如有违反：
• 第一次：口头提醒并记录
• 第二次：老师联系家长沟通
• 第三次：请家长到校协助处理

安全提醒
课间请勿前往教学楼二层 210、208、206 教室附近的隐蔽走廊区域。
课堂秩序
上课期间家长请勿进入教室（值日班爸班妈除外）。课堂义工请专心协助教学，尽量避免使用电子设备。
交通安全
校区内车速限 10 英里/小时，请减速慢行，注意行人安全。
饮食规定
根据学校防虫要求，教室内禁止进餐。

Dear Parents,
Classes will resume as scheduled on March 1, 2026 (Week 22 of the academic calendar). This week's school announcements are as follows:
1. Second Parent-Teacher Meeting for Chinese Language Classes (2025–2026 Academic Year)
This week marks the second parent-teacher meeting for Chinese language classes in the 2025–2026 academic year. Teachers will share the overall teaching arrangements for the spring semester based on the curriculum outline, providing parents with a clearer understanding of classroom instruction. Please attend promptly according to your child's teacher's specific schedule.
2. Course Adjustment Notice
Due to weather conditions and parental requests, last week's (February 22) in-person classes were suspended. Chinese classes transitioned to online exams.
As Paramus Catholic High School cannot provide additional make-up days this academic year, the missed cultural studies classes will be rescheduled for May 10. Details are as follows:
A. Classes originally scheduled for periods 3 and 4: Make-up time: 9:30–10:15 AM;
B. Classes originally scheduled for periods 1 and 2: Make-up time: 10:25–11:00 AM
C. Chinese class schedule adjustments for May 10:
• Classes originally scheduled for periods 1 and 2 will be combined into one session: 9:30–10:15 AM;
• Classes originally scheduled for periods 3 and 4 will be combined into one session: 10:25–11:00 AM.
D. The graduation ceremony will be held in the school auditorium on May 10 at 11:30 AM.

Facility Usage Guidelines
The school's facility agreement with Paramus Catholic High School permits use only of designated classrooms and common areas. Parents and students must not enter unauthorized zones. All classrooms and facilities are reserved exclusively for instructional activities involving currently enrolled students. Do not arrange or organize non-academic activities without prior school approval.
Discipline and Order
Parents are requested to remind children to adhere to school regulations, respect public property, and refrain from tampering with classroom materials or books. Violations will result in:
• First offense: Verbal warning and record
• Second offense: Teacher contacts parent for discussion
• Third offense: Parent must come to school to assist with resolution

Safety Reminder
During breaks, do not enter the concealed corridor area near classrooms 210, 208, and 206 on the second floor of the academic building.
Classroom Order
Parents are not permitted in classrooms during lessons (except for parents on duty). Classroom volunteers should focus on assisting with teaching and minimize the use of electronic devices.
Traffic Safety
The speed limit on campus is 10 mph. Please slow down and watch for pedestrians.
Food Policy
In accordance with the school's pest control requirements, eating is prohibited in classrooms.
