1，2026年华夏博根中文学校”博根杯””中华知识竞赛报名通知

华夏博根中文学校将于2026年3月22日举办第二届“博根杯”中华知识竞赛，主旨在于激发学生对于中文的兴趣，增强学生与祖籍国的感情联系，通过竞赛加深了解中华文化知识。本次竞赛分4-6年级和 7-9年级两个组别，比赛将采用笔试形式，参赛组别报名请根据学生目前在中文学校的年级。欢迎华夏博根中文学校2025-2026注册学生和家长点击下面链接报名:https://forms.gle/AsuLXZP5Y6ZrzG1u9 ，报名截止日期是2026年3月15日 9pm，竞赛复习题目链接在报名表里。

场地使用说明
学校与 Paramus Catholic High School 的场地合同仅限使用指定教室及公共区域。请家长和学生不要进入未授权区域。所有教室及场地仅供在校注册学生进行教学活动使用。未经校方许可，请勿自行安排或组织与教学无关的活动。

纪律与秩序
请家长提醒孩子遵守学校规章制度，爱护公共设施，不随意翻动教室物品与书籍。如有违反：
• 第一次：口头提醒并记录
• 第二次：老师联系家长沟通
• 第三次：请家长到校协助处理
感谢大家的理解与配合。

安全提醒
课间请勿前往教学楼二层 210、208、206 教室附近的隐蔽走廊区域。

课堂秩序
上课期间家长请勿进入教室（值日班爸班妈除外）。课堂义工请专心协助教学，尽量避免使用电子设备。

交通安全
校区内车速限 10 英里/小时，请减速慢行，注意行人安全。

饮食规定
根据学校防虫要求，教室内禁止进餐。

Please find this week’s school notifications below:

1. Registration for the 2026 Huaxia Bergen Chinese School "Bergen Cup" Chinese Knowledge Competition
Huaxia Bergen Chinese School will host the 2nd annual "Bergen Cup" Chinese Knowledge Competition on March 22, 2026. The goal is to stimulate students' interest in the Chinese language, strengthen their emotional connection to their ancestral home, and deepen their understanding of Chinese culture through competition.

Groups: Grades 4–6 and Grades 7–9.

Format: Written exam.

Eligibility: Registration is based on the student's current grade level at the Chinese school.

Facility Usage
Our contract with Paramus Catholic High School is limited to designated classrooms and public areas. Parents and students are strictly prohibited from entering unauthorized areas. Classrooms and facilities are for the use of registered students for educational activities only. Please do not organize non-teaching activities without school permission.

Discipline and Order
Please remind your children to follow school rules, respect public facilities, and avoid touching classroom items or books. Violations will be handled as follows:

1st Offense: Verbal warning and record entry.

2nd Offense: Teacher will contact the parent.

3rd Offense: Parents will be asked to come to the school to assist in resolving the matter.

Safety Reminder
During breaks, please do not go to the secluded hallway areas near classrooms 210, 208, and 206 on the second floor of the teaching building.

Classroom Conduct
Parents are not allowed in classrooms during instruction (except for scheduled parent-volunteers on duty). Classroom volunteers should focus on assisting the teacher and avoid using electronic devices.

Traffic Safety
The speed limit on campus is 10 mph. Please drive slowly and remain vigilant of pedestrians.

Food Policy
Per the school’s pest control requirements, eating is prohibited inside classrooms.
