1，第二届“博根杯”中华知识竞赛通知（3/22/2026，9:35 AM）

华夏博根中文学校将于本周日（3月22日）举办第二届“博根杯”中华知识竞赛。

🌟考试时间：上午9:35 – 10:35（9:35准时开考，迟到超过5分钟视为弃赛）
🌟 考试地点：教室133（4–6年级组 & 7年级以上组）
🌟竞赛形式：笔试
• 50道选择题
• 考试时间60分钟
• 每题1分
• 按各组总分评定名次

🏆 奖项设置（每组别）
• 一等奖1名：Amazon Gift Card $50
• 二等奖2名：Amazon Gift Card $30
• 三等奖3名：Amazon Gift Card $15
获奖学生将在5月10日毕业典礼上领取奖杯及礼品卡。

场地使用说明
学校与 Paramus Catholic High School 的场地合同仅限使用指定教室及公共区域。请家长和学生不要进入未授权区域。所有教室及场地仅供在校注册学生进行教学活动使用。未经校方许可，请勿自行安排或组织与教学无关的活动。

纪律与秩序
请家长提醒孩子遵守学校规章制度，爱护公共设施，不随意翻动教室物品与书籍。如有违反：
• 第一次：口头提醒并记录
• 第二次：老师联系家长沟通
• 第三次：请家长到校协助处理

安全提醒
课间请勿前往教学楼二层 210、208、206 教室附近的隐蔽走廊区域。

课堂秩序
上课期间家长请勿进入教室（值日班爸班妈除外）。课堂义工请专心协助教学，尽量避免使用电子设备。

交通安全
校区内车速限 10 英里/小时，请减速慢行，注意行人安全。

饮食规定
根据学校防虫要求，教室内禁止进餐。

Here is the English translation of the school notifications for the week of March 22, 2026 (Week 25 of the school calendar):

1. The 2nd "Bergen Cup" Chinese Knowledge Competition
Huaxia Bergen Chinese School will hold the 2nd "Bergen Cup" Chinese Knowledge Competition this Sunday, March 22.

Time: 9:35 AM – 10:35 AM (Starts promptly at 9:35 AM; students arriving more than 5 minutes late will be disqualified).

Location: Classroom 133 (Groups: Grades 4–6 and Grades 7+).

Format: Written Exam.

50 multiple-choice questions.

60-minute duration.

1 point per question.

Rankings based on total score per group.

1st Place (1): $50 Amazon Gift Card

2nd Place (2): $30 Amazon Gift Card

Note: Winners will receive their trophies and gift cards at the Graduation Ceremony on May 10.

Facility Usage
Our contract with Paramus Catholic High School covers only specific classrooms and common areas. Parents and students must not enter unauthorized zones. All facilities are for registered student educational use only. Please do not organize non-school activities without permission.

Discipline and Order
Please remind children to follow school rules, respect public property, and not touch classroom items or books. Violations will be handled as follows:

1st offense: Verbal reminder and record.

2nd offense: Teacher contacts parents.

3rd offense: Parents requested to assist at school.

Safety Warning
During breaks, students are strictly prohibited from entering the secluded hallway areas near Classrooms 210, 208, and 206 on the second floor.

Classroom Etiquette
Parents are not permitted in classrooms during lessons (except for designated "Duty Parents"). Classroom volunteers are asked to focus on assisting instruction and avoid using electronic devices.

Traffic Safety
The speed limit on campus is 10 mph. Please drive slowly and prioritize pedestrian safety.

Food Policy
Per school pest control regulations, eating is strictly prohibited inside classrooms.
