2026年4月12日（校历二十七周），本周学校通知如下：

1. 2026年第三届“博根杯”认字比赛报名开启，

2026年识字比赛面向中文课三年级及以上注册学生，具体安排如下：
1）. 比赛分组：
• 3–6年级组
• 7年级及以上组

2）.比赛时间：2026年4月19日（星期日）上午9:35

3）.比赛地点：教室待定

4）. 参考资料：
• 3–6年级组使用HSK4级1200个汉字
• 7年级及以上组使用HSK5级2500个汉字

5）.考试形式：笔试（根据所给生字填写拼音并组词）

6）.报名截止日期：2026年4月11日（星期六）晚上6:00

7）. 奖项设置：根据各组别参赛人数设立一、二、三等奖若干，并于5月10日毕业典礼上颁发。
一等奖：奖杯及Amazon礼品卡 $50
二等奖：奖杯及Amazon礼品卡 $35
三等奖：奖杯及Amazon礼品卡 $30
欢迎三年级及以上班级同学积极踊跃参与。

2. “华夏杯”智力运动会（详情见群内专项通知）
时间：2026年5月3日（9:00 AM–5:00 PM）
地点：Bridgewater-Raritan High School
报名截止：4月14日

场地使用
学校与 Paramus Catholic High School 的场地合同仅限指定教室及公共区域。请勿进入未授权区域或组织非教学活动。

纪律与秩序
请家长提醒孩子遵守校规，爱护公物，不随意翻动教室物品。
如有违反：
• 第一次：口头提醒并记录
• 第二次：联系家长沟通
• 第三次：请家长到校协助处理

安全提醒
课间请勿前往教学楼二层 210、208、206 教室附近的隐蔽走廊区域。

课堂秩序
上课期间家长请勿进入教室（值日班爸班妈除外）。课堂义工请专心协助教学，尽量避免使用电子设备。

交通安全
校区内车速限 10 mph，请减速慢行，注意行人安全。

饮食规定
根据学校防虫要求，教室内禁止进餐。

The following are the school notifications for April 12, 2026 (Week 27 of the school calendar):

1. Registration Open: 3rd Annual "Bergen Cup" Character Recognition Contest

The 2026 Literacy Contest is open to registered students in Grade 3 and above. Details are as follows:

Groups:

Grades 3–6

Grades 7 and up

Time: Sunday, April 19, 2026, at 9:35 AM

Location: Classrooms TBD

Study Materials:

Grades 3–6: HSK Level 4 (1,200 Chinese characters)

Grades 7 & up: HSK Level 5 (2,500 Chinese characters)

Format: Written test (providing Pinyin and creating phrases/words based on given characters).

Registration Deadline: Saturday, April 11, 2026, at 6:00 PM

Awards: First, Second, and Third prizes will be awarded based on the number of participants. Prizes will be presented at the Graduation Ceremony on May 10.

1st Prize: Trophy + $50 Amazon Gift Card

2nd Prize: Trophy + $35 Amazon Gift Card

3rd Prize: Trophy + $30 Amazon Gift Card

We encourage all eligible students to participate enthusiastically!

2. "Huaxia Cup" Mind Sports Games

Facility Usage: Our contract with Paramus Catholic High School is limited to designated classrooms and public areas. Please do not enter unauthorized zones or organize non-educational activities.

Discipline & Order: Please remind your children to follow school rules and respect property. Do not disturb items in the classrooms.

1st Violation: Verbal warning and record.

2nd Violation: Direct communication with parents.

3rd Violation: Parents requested to assist on-site.

Safety Warning: During breaks, students must stay away from the secluded corridor areas near Rooms 210, 208, and 206 on the second floor.

Classroom Protocol: Parents (except on-duty "Class Moms/Dads") are not permitted in classrooms during lessons. Volunteers should remain focused on assisting instruction and avoid using electronic devices.

Traffic Safety: The campus speed limit is 10 mph. Please drive slowly and prioritize pedestrian safety.

Food Policy: To comply with pest control regulations, eating is strictly prohibited inside classrooms.
