1，学年结束及毕业典礼
本周为本学年最后一周，请同学们按学校安排到校参加毕业典礼。
🌟 课程安排
第一、二节上中文课学生：
• 中文课 9:30–10:15 AM
• 文体课 10:25–11:10 AM
第三、四节上中文课学生：
• 文体课 9:30–10:15 AM
• 中文课 10:25–11:10 AM
⚠️ 如同时有两节文体课冲突，请自行选择其中一节参加。
⚠️ 教师提醒
第三、四节授课教师请于 10:25 AM 前到校
🎓 毕业典礼
请全体师生于 11:15 AM 准时到学校礼堂参加毕业典礼。
2， 董事会换届选举
本年度董事会换届选举已正式启动，现进入候选人征集阶段。
华夏中文学校的发展离不开家长的参与与支持。我们诚挚欢迎有热情、有责任感、愿意为学校长期发展贡献力量的家长积极报名参选。
董事会为义务服务机构，主要职责包括：
• 监督学校运行
• 提供建议与支持
• 参与重大事项讨论与决策

Dear Parents,
On May 10, 2026 (Week 31 of the school calendar), please note the following:
1. End of the School Year and Graduation Ceremony
This is the final week of the school year. Students are asked to attend the graduation ceremony on campus as scheduled by the school.
🌟 Class Schedule
Students with Chinese class during Periods 1 and 2:
• Chinese Class: 9:30–10:15 AM
• Physical Education/Arts Class: 10:25–11:10 AM
Students with Chinese class during Periods 3 and 4:
• Physical Education/Arts Class: 9:30–10:15 AM
• Chinese Class: 10:25–11:10 AM
⚠️ If two physical education classes conflict at the same time, please choose one to attend.
⚠️ Reminder for Teachers
Teachers for the third and fourth periods must arrive at school by 10:25 AM.
🎓 Graduation Ceremony
All students and teachers are requested to arrive at the school auditorium promptly at 11:15 AM to attend the graduation ceremony.
2. Board of Directors Election
This year’s Board of Directors election has officially begun and is now in the candidate nomination phase.
The development of Huaxia Chinese School relies on the participation and support of parents. We sincerely welcome parents who are passionate, responsible, and willing to contribute to the school’s long-term development to actively apply for election.
The Board of Directors is a volunteer-based organization. Its primary responsibilities include:
• Overseeing school operations
• Providing advice and support
• Participating in discussions and decision-making on major matters
We look forward to more parents participating in school management to jointly promote the school’s continued progress.
