1. 📣 董事会换届选举
董事会已于10月4日完成候选人资格审核，并经投票确认三位候选人的参选资格。候选人信息已向全体会员公布，欢迎大家提前了解。
新一届董事会选举将于10月18日在学校举行，请大家积极参与投票，共同支持学校的健康发展。
2. 📚 2026–2027学年注册继续进行
目前学校仍接受新老学生报名。中文课程系统丰富，文体及兴趣课程也多种多样，欢迎大家报名参加。

课间请勿前往教学楼二层210、208、206教室附近的隐蔽走廊区域。
＊课堂秩序
上课期间家长请勿进入教室（值日班爸班妈除外）。课堂义工请专心协助教学，尽量避免使用电子设备。

校区内车速限 10 mph，请减速慢行，注意行人安全。
＊饮食规定
根据学校防虫要求，教室内禁止进餐。

Hello, parents and students!
The new school year has now entered the fifth week of the academic calendar (October 11). Below are this week’s school announcements and friendly reminders—please take note.
1. 📣 Board of Directors Election
On October 4, the Board of Directors completed the candidate eligibility review and, through a vote, confirmed the eligibility of three candidates. Candidate information has been shared with all members; we encourage everyone to review it in advance.
The election for the new Board of Directors will be held at the school on October 18. We encourage everyone to actively participate in the voting and support the school’s healthy development.
2. 📚 Registration for the 2026–2027 Academic Year Continues
The school is currently accepting applications from both new and returning students. We offer a comprehensive Chinese curriculum, as well as a wide variety of academic, athletic, and extracurricular programs. We welcome everyone to sign up.

3. 🎨 “Huaxia Cup” International Youth and Children’s Painting Competition
The 7th “Huaxia Cup” International Youth and Children’s Painting Competition has begun. This year’s theme is:

＊Use of School Premises
Please do not enter unauthorized areas of the school, nor organize non-academic activities on campus.
＊Discipline and Order
Please remind your child to follow school rules, take care of school property, and refrain from tampering with or using classroom items without permission. Violations may result in a warning, contacting the parent, or requesting the parent to come to school to assist in resolving the issue, depending on the circumstances.
＊Safety Reminder
During recess, please do not go to the secluded hallway area near classrooms 210, 208, and 206 on the second floor of the academic building.
＊Classroom Order
Parents are not permitted to enter classrooms during class time (except for parents on duty). Classroom volunteers should focus on assisting with instruction and avoid using electronic devices as much as possible.
＊Traffic Safety
The speed limit on campus is 10 mph. Please slow down and watch out for pedestrians.
＊Food Policy
In accordance with the school’s pest control requirements, eating is prohibited in classrooms.
