Huaxia Bergen Chinese School Notice (8/26/2019)

The school will start soon, first school date is Sept 8th.

暑假即将结束，相信家长和孩子们都渡过愉快的暑假。(The summer vacation is coming to an end, I believe parents and children have a happy summer vacation)

开学前先分享一个好消息：以往许多家长希望学校开课日能否尽可能避开圣诞节或者新年假期，今年我们多次努力地和Paramus Catholic High School沟通争取，终于圆满地达到预期目标，12/29不开课，这样12/23-1/4之间没有课，大家可以马上预约圣诞新年的度假行程了！(Before the start of school, I would like to share a good news: In the past, many parents hoped that the school could avoid Christmas or New Year holidays as much as possible. This year, we tried our best to communicate with Paramus Catholic High School and finally achieved the desired goal satisfactorily, 12/ 29 no class, so there is no class between 12/23-1/4, you can immediately book a Christmas and New Year holiday trip!)

1. 华夏中文博根分校目前许多所开设的课程已经报满，学校已经关闭一些课程的报名，请大家及时付费。即日起学校开始陆续取消所有未付费的注册和报名，并通知waiting list上的学生报名并付费。谢谢大家的理解与合作！(At present, many courses are full, and the school has closed some courses, please pay in time. From now on, the school will start to cancel all unpaid registrations, and notify the students on the waiting list to register and pay. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!)

4. 新学年伊始，学年各项活动筹划准备中，我们需要更多的义工家长，班爸班妈一起协助协调，为学校献计献策。义工家长，班妈班爸是老师、学校管理团队和家长之间的桥梁。
我们非常感激所有担任这个重要工作的义工家长，我们希望听到您的声音。职责包括：
• 协助学校，老师和家长之间的沟通
• 协助老师准备班级或学校的各项活动
• 根据老师的要求， 协助老师教学工作

5.【征集华夏博根卡通人物设计稿】：设计稿充分体现竞技体育的精神，体现华夏博根健儿积极向上，勇夺第一的精神，设计稿一经采纳，将应用于华夏运动会如T恤，旗帜等宣传品。

【奖项设为】：
金奖 1名，荣获博根华夏中文学校奖状证书+奖金$100 （设计稿被录用）
优秀奖 10名，荣获博根华夏中文学校奖状证书+奖金$10

【设计稿投票方式和时间】：
请将设计稿于9月15日10:00AM-12:00在学校cafeteria 展示，中奖者将由校委会成员和专业老师及义工理事们投票产生。
