Huaxia Bergen Chinese School Notice (School open on 9/22/2019)
Dear Parents,
The school will be open this Sunday (9/22/2019).
1. 开学已经两周，从本周起，退课不再退款，如有特殊情况没有注册课程但需要听课的，请联系校委会取得批准后才可进行，否则校方会处以罚款。老师们从本周起上课前将按照付费名单点名，请已经注册课程但尚未付款的家长尽快付款。
This week is the third week since school started so no refund will be issued for dropped courses. At the same time, if one sits in a class without enrollment and full payment, he or she may be fined unless the person gets the permission from the school administrator in advance. Teachers will take attendance based on the paid student roster in class. Please pay the tuition as soon as possible if your payment is still pending.
2. 除经老师允许的班级家长, 其余家长请勿留在课堂或在走廊里高声聊天，以免影响课堂秩序。您可以到一楼的餐厅停留。
Except for the class parents who get the permission from the teachers, other parents please do NOT stay in the classroom or chat in high voice in the aisle to avoid disturb the class. You may stay in the cafeteria on the first floor
3. 请各位家长以身作则，爱护学校公物，保持环境卫生，不要乱丢垃圾，在餐厅吃过东西后将餐具桌面等打扫干净，在教室餐厅等处停留后将桌椅放回原处，并请要求孩子们也这样做。
Please play a good role for your children to take good care of the public properties and maintain the environment well at school. No littering. Please clean the desk and surroundings after eating and put the desks/chairs back to their position before you leave. Please require your kids to do so too.
4. 秋高气爽，丹桂飘香 —— 2019年华夏-AIG田径运动会将于2019年10月13日在普兰斯堡举行。
报名费用$10(包括总校报名费$5,T恤，午餐，水，水果等)，报名截止期为9月22日，希望我校健儿踊跃报名，扬我华夏博根校威。
